Everything. Rooms are all different, food lovely, staff amazing, nothing is too much trouble, location superb (& I used to live in Manchester!) New outdoor seating area very nice & very quiet & peaceful. Really nice touches in the rooms eg fresh milk, fridge (handy for storing chocolate in the heat!) Nice coffee & tea, radio is cool, bath robes, toiletries are lovely too.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms. Loved the roll top bath in the bedroom. Really comfortable beds. Staff were excellent and very friendly
Our room overlooked the rear carpark and we were woken up early on the first by deliveries being made.

Always Stay here or at (Number 11 same company) when visiting family in Didsbury. Best place by far all round. Great place, great staff, excellent breakfasts
