The property is decorated very tastefully by the owners using finishes and furnishings that compliment the period architectural features. The rooms are comfortable, the staff helpful and the breakfast is also very good, After many enjoyable stays in recent years, this is my preferred base in South Manchester.

The entire compound is stunning. Tucked conveniently within a safe and beautiful neighbourhood. All staff were helpful and professional. Room was spacious, clean and outdoor garden was cosy. Glad we picked this instead of an airbnb!
FnB guests were taking up parking in front of the hotel which is quite a hassle for in-house guests who have to unload and load up from the back parking lot. If they could be directed to the back lot, it would be more convenient for guests staying the night/s.

Booked Didsbury House very kast minute following a flight cancellation. I arrived late at night and very stressed. As soon as I entered the property the stress melted away! I was greeted by very welcoming staff who gave me an upgrade and brought me to a stunning room with a free standing bath below my bed - just what I needed after a long stressful day! Opening the door to the room to hear soft classical music playing was a beautiful touch that created an atmosphere of calm. Breakfast was delicious and all staff I encountered were just wonderful. This place is an absolute gem!
