Room was quiet. Location good for me - near Etihad.
Bit chaotic at check in - Booking.com had overbooked hotel - very poor.

Absolutely nothing to like! Pictures aren’t anything like the rooms, rooms were run down, stains all up walls! Smelt like urine, locks on doors weren’t secure! Walked in the room and walked straight back out to book another hotel! Absolutely vile how they get away with false advertisement

When checking in the lady on the desk was miserable not helpful she new the parking machine was not working but not helpful

Very helpful staff on reception .
Food was great and plentiful.
The choice of draught lagers / beers etc was disappointing due to no stock ???
Table clearing at breakfast was very slow and customers were moving used dishes on to other tables to be able to sit by a table , this meant that some tables were full of dirty dishes and the tables were not being wiped quickly enough to cope with the demand for tables. Maybe dedicated waitress / waiter with a trolley at breakfast time would be good as the hotel is very busy.
Coffee machines - Very limited choice , needed restocking I think.

Location was good for the Co-op arena. Room was comfortable and suited my needs for 1 evening.
Reception area looks untidy and not professional. Staff, although very friendly, were not wearing uniforms which I think is a must in a hotel. Bathroom dated with a shower curtain. The hotel would benefit from a general makeover.
