The room did not have air-conditioning and thus was very hot in summer time. Only a small window could be opened slightly and the room is very stuffy. It is facing the main road and was very noisy even at night time when we opened the window. When we requested a fan, the staff just replied that they would give us one if they found it. However, we did not get the fan finally.
The facilities were quite old and the shower was not working properly. The bed was not comfortable.
No free parking.
Price on these two days were high.

Our 4th stay at Diamond Lodge as it is so convenient for the Belle Vue Stadium. Comfortable with easy parking and helpful staff, we look forward to staying again in the future.
It is a shame that the restaurant is no longer open for evening meals as it was during our first stay.

It was reasonably priced and fairly near the arena
It was far too hot to sleep - to be fair it was a very warm night.
Breakfast was poor, most things had run out before we got there and that was 8.15

Location good, breakfast Buffett had good selection. Staff helpful. Plenty of parking spaces and bar area comfortable.
Room warm, no air con. Room tired in appearance. Two holes in the wall and stain on sofa, wall and curtains.

Very friendly, especially the bar staff. Adequate for a short stay, good complementary breakfast.
Tiny bathroom with no extractor fan, small bed and due to weather the room was sweltering. Even a plug in fan would’ve been welcome

One member of reception staff helpful. Twin room booked but given away. Room offered was dirty, bed not made. Found a twin room, which was bit cleaner but toilet not cleaned. We had to clean it ourselves as no staff available!! Rooms on different floors

Wonderful
Comfortable room had to ask for extra towel as only one in room and there were two of us.
Loved the bar area was comfy and homely, staff very welcoming.
Slight update on bathroom needed and breakfast was a little slow keeping things topped up .

One night stay to go to coop atena. Perfect location only taxi drive away. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed clean and comfy. Hotel dated but staff and facilities make up for that . Couldn't fault it. Great breakfast. Late bar after the concert so loved every minute. Will definitely be back. Thank you
