couldn’t be beaten, cleanliness was up to standard and location was no too far a drive to the O2 Apollo which was great

Central to where we needed to be, Diamond Lodge really was a diamond.. Lovely staff and very clean and tidy room.
Only stayed one night but we loved it so much, we have booked for longer later in the year. The breakfast was great, and was well stocked. Road noise to be expected due to location however no other noise was heard through the stay. Highly recommend

The room was nice and bed comfy , bathroom clean
The noise from groups of people , banging of doors , smoke alarm went off and it was poorly managed , someone burnt toast and no staff to be seen , no one came outside to tell us anything , it was poorly run , got woken up at 1.30am by the alarm and very drunk people making noise also at breakfast very noisy quests it was supposed to be a peaceful get away

Property was great, great value for money especially with breakfast. Staff were lovely upon arrival very friendly the 2 guys in the desk were stars helping with questions
When we entered the room the cold tap for the bath didn’t work so we had to use the shower for this. However we didn’t inform staff as we were knackered and didn’t want to faf as we had plans that evening.

Very clean rooms very friendly staff and not too far away from the main centre . There are a few local corner shops and take away shops near the hotel too !
Only down side is the vending machines didn’t take card… but if that’s all I have to moan about it can’t be that bad

Perfect for show at Manchester O2 Apollo, ample car parking on site. Great value older hotel, but cheery and staff were helpful. Good breakfast included which considering the price was surprising. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Will be back again next time we are booking a show.
