Staff friendly and helpful.
The room had a unpleasant smell of BO and cigarettes. It was not clean, either. Needed a good hoover and dust. It looked like it was only the beds that got changed and that was it. Electric heater on the wall very old and should be replaced.

The breakfast was okay
The rooms are nothing like you are shown on booking our tv didn't work the bed was on wheels and moved at every movement, the toilet seat was unstable when we spoke to staff nothing happened

Exceptional
Really good value for money. Free carpark for online bookings. Room cleaned and refreshed daily. Friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Similar to premier for quality but in my opinion superior in many ways and less expensive. Bus stop right outside which for £2 takes you to Piccadilly in no time with no fuss.
I would stay here again

Comfortable room, warm welcome and excellent breakfast. Very good value stay
It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner. There are not a lot of options to eat around the hotel.

The breakfast was really nice.
The room was warm.
The pictures can be a bit deceiving.
The walls are thin I could hear other people talk from the next room.
People were smoking in the hotel and the smell was going to my room.
My pillow was stained had to request a new one.

Disappointing
Reception staff were very lovely.
Room wasnt great. I have stayed here few times before but not so good this time. I had an extra bed in room but only requested a double room. Tele was placed in such an awkward position on the wall you could not see from the bed. The room looked a little run down, paint chipped off walls. Not really worth £90.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming and couldn't do more for you. My room was absolutely spotless and the decor and colour theme was beautiful. For the price, my expectations were exceeded! Very easy to find and to travel too, with many great takeaways right on your doorstep. I'll definitely be staying here again when I have another Manchester event!
The doorknob to my room door got stuck a couple of times, didn't cause too much trouble once you jiggle it about a bit, but could maybe look into doors with handles as opposed to knobs for elderly/disabled people? Just a suggestion as everything else was perfect.
