Had a lovely stay at this hotel, rooms were clean and location met our needs. Staff were friendly and super helpful, especially Washington, as he went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Breakfast was also good with a great selection of food to choose from.
No complaints at all about the hotel or the staff.

Good location for the Coop Live and the Ethiad. Also frequent buses into the city. Clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast was lovely.
Excellent value for money.
The rooms are nicely furnished. There are some areas of the hotel that look a little tired but the important areas rooms, restaurant and bar are really nice.

Wee stain under toilet seat that had dried..
Shower gel stain on bath by the taps that had dried..easily visible that could have been cleaned. Vanity unit by sink not clean..
Bathroom floor not swept as bits on floor in corners..
Water left in kettle
Mix up of keys to rooms when we arrived..
Not enough info in our room..great iron room but wasn't mentioned..came accross it in the corridor as I took a wrong turn..
