Location out of town but knew that. Cheyenne on reception was the only good thing about this stay.
Dirty overall, broken facilities. Carpets filthy. Windows broken so noisy. Lights not working broken bathrooms. Very updated. Rude owners. Floating poo in toilet. Hours in Bath. Broken sink. Matress was terrible snd old, huge dip in one side. I hsd a feeling I would be ill after staying there..overpriced at 200 instead of its normal 60 a night.

The staff were friendly, the check-in was simple, and there was ample car parking despite it being the weekend. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, loads of choice, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, toast, and full English! All help yourself. Simple coffee machines and fresh juices.
9 minute drive to the Co-Op Live Arena, which was handy.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfy.
The room was basic but clean enough. The bathroom was very outdated, and the tiles in the shower could do with a scrub. But...for the price we paid, we really couldn't grumble.

Ideal location, friendly staff, very clean.
Stayed in room 235 and upstairs to us kept us up for 2 nights banging stomping around playing music at 4am , other than that everything was good

The decor could do with updating especially the bathrooms. And the vending machines would be much better if they took card apyment

The room was clean and tidy bedding nice and clean.First class breakfast plenty of choice.much as you want.
Would like to have had a room on higher floor not ground floor.should have requested that when booking. Had a person above who just kept bumping,about when we were trying to sleep.
