The staff were relaxed and friendly, the hotel was clean comfortable and to a welcoming standard., the beds and rooms comfortable with nice decor.
The breakfast was lovely with a lovely place to eat ( Loved the chairs)

The car park fee was only £4 for 24 hrs, the reception, bar and breakfast areas were clean and the staff were nice, and the breakfast food options were reasonable and the cooked breakfast was good.
I thought the car park was and should have been free, the hallway to our room and our room smelt fusky, the carpet, decor, and furnishings were worn and stained, the bed was too lumpy for me and the pillows became flat once we’d used them and the room and bathroom weren’t clean enough to my standard, and looked nothing like the rooms advertised !

Brilliant staff, so polite and helpful couldn't do enough for us , specially Kim the cleaning went out her way to help, breakfast tasty plenty to go at, vegetarian options not a problem for them.
The location we was going to co_op live told its within walking distance, yer it was but about a hour walk not good

Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location was great for going to the Co-op arena
Bathroom is in dire need of a refurbishment and we were woken in the morning by the people walking around in the room above us due to the squeaky floorboards
