From start to finish customer service was great! I ordered some prosecco to be in the room for my husbands birthday. They got back in touch and did extra touches.
Room was fantastic. Very comfortable and very clean.
Had some lovely extra goodies as they upgraded the room. Plus a fantastic view.
Breakfast was great too. Would definitely return

The location is perfect. The staff was amazing.. especially since my flight was delayed and I arrived late. The room was clean. The restaurant/bar was amazing. 10/10 will stay here again.
My room was clean but there were stains and a few broken things.
