The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us having never visited Manchester before, this was greatly appreciated! Although we didn't have evening dinner, the staff in the restaurant for breakfast were amazing, so friendly and couldnt do enough for you. We would definitely return to this hotel and are hoping to soon, to explore the rest of Manchester. Thanks to all who looked after us.
