Staff very friendly and happy to help. Rooms are very clean, have nice toiletries an added extras such as iron, hair dryer and drink facilities. Hotel looks very nice with all Christmas decorations up.
Pillows not fantastic so don’t get a great nights sleep. Side of building is noisy from early hours due to bottle bins being emptied and what seemed like an air con unit buzzing.

The location is great, the staff was mostly nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious.
The shower tap was broken and the water pressure was not great. Breakfast was pretty basic.

Location
We were affected by a faulty fire alarm system this morning (at 05:30). There were no fire wardens and it was complete chaos. With members of the public being allowed to re-enter the building even though fire checks were still being carried out. As we felt unsafe, we left at 06:30am. The hotel was going to call us with an update regarding refunds for the room and the breakfasts we didn’t have, but I still haven’t heard anything.
You seriously need to have more fire drills, as if there had been a fire this morning, god only knows how it would have turned out.

Really clean, great size room and bathroom had separate bath and shower which is great.
Breakfast really nice this morning and the staff were outstanding. It was my friends birthday and they’d left a lovely note and balloons on her bed to say thank you for celebrating her special weekend and their hotel… nice touch.
