Nice size room with bath and separate shower. Bed was very comfortable. I had a good nights sleep.
The area isn’t the best, but its central location so it’s expected. The tv kept switching off. But had everything I needed for my stay.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the train station and shopping/nightlife. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and we were lucky that our room was ready early. Breakfast was very good, plenty of variety and not too busy in the restaurant.
The only complaint we had was with the toilet in our room. The flush was very poor, and the toilet kept getting blocked.

Clean rooms, good location and team were very friendly, especially during breakfast time
When I booked I was given the option to book 1 double or 2 doubles. I selected 2 doubles. I then received an email later that day saying I would need to pay an extra £60 for a second double. I should have been told this before I booked as it was non refundable. It came across as a bit of a scam. Especially after already paying £430 for 2 nights.

Great staff, spacious room, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, great shower, good room temperature and easy to control, added extras like ironing board and mini fridge in the room, as well as robes and slippers and free water were all a great addition to make our stay comfortable. Everything was really clean and fully functional.
