Lovely room and bathroom, comfy beds, great reception and dining room, decent english breakfast. The location was excellent, in a busy part of NOMA with several shops and restaurants nearby. The parking was just a 2min walk away.
The hotel could have made it clear that the parking code was only a £5 discount on the overall parking price - we would have parked elsewhere somewhere cheaper if we had known! All they did was send a code for the parking, no other information.

Great location, good breakfast and comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Big bed. Very clean. Modern bathroom.
Bathroom had a shower and a bath which was nice but the shower was very small. Didn’t use the bath so with have preferred a bigger shower. Pillows were a bit thick and spongy.
