the staff were accommodating especially in the breakfast area very helpful and polite
personally for the money i would have expected the hall ways to be cleaner, skirting boards and walls are grubby in the hall way and room the carpets were dirty, just looks a bit worn out, i booked the premium room and although clean and comfy the decor was a-bit worn. this isnt a complaint just an observation for the price for one night other hotels are much fresher.
