The staff were so helpful. We arrived on an early flight and asked if we could leave our bags off, and they arranged early check in. The room was well sized, and mattresses comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and the shower was, if very small, great. Location was fantastic for the city centre.
The hotel was generally very run down, once you got past the lobby. The carpets were stained, paintwork chipped etc.

It was a good location in the north quarter of Manchester. The bed was really comfy. Room was an excellent size and everything was clean and staff were friendly
The shower was quite small and the flushes on the toilet was a bit of a nightmare as it was hard to flush the toilet
