Staff were friendly and upgraded us as we were celebrating a birthday and gifted drink vouchers to use at the bar. We also asked for extra pillows prior to attending and this was provided.
Some parts of the room were a little tired and could do with a lick of paint.

All staff were really lovely, the hotel smelt amazing and it was very clean. We were only there for a concert and so didn't spend loads of time in the hotel but would rate highly!
The carpet on the corridor area of the floor we stayed on looked like it could do with a good shampoo as quite stained
