Fabulous hotel, friendly staff straightforward check in. Room was very comfortable and clean, quiet location. very handy having the mini fridge also. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to walk to Manchester Piccadilly station, the AO Arena and the city centre. The room was clean, well presented and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Holly in the bar, who provided outstanding service, was genuinely warm and made us feel valued throughout our visit. She is a real credit to the hotel.
Unfortunately there were a few issues that stopped this being an excellent stay. The hotel lost electricity during the night, which was inconvenient and disrupted our sleep. The shower was noticeably smaller than expected. At breakfast the restaurant appeared understaffed, with some food either looked overcooked or had run out and wasn’t replenished promptly. We were also disappointed to find canned water in the room rather than bottled water, which felt like a step down from what we’d expect at a Crowne Plaza.

The bathroom smelled. And there was no loo seat which is unhygienic when flushing. It was a disabled loo so perhaps something that’s required.

Great location in a quiet area, but still very close to everything you need to get to. Super cheery staff on reception. A great breakfast and comfy room
Not much to complain about, they used to provide take out cups and boxes.So you could grab a coffee and bacon roll, rather than sit in for breakfast. They weren't there this time, which was ok because I had time to enjoy a full breakfast, but they are a great idea and should be brought back

great location, staff were fabulous and so helpful. room dark when we entered needed lights on . bed okay ,chair in room worn. Bathroom was okay but shower small and door very stiff to open or close. WC didn't always flush . Towels lovely, didn't use dressing gowns or slippers

Central location to trams.
Room was a bit dirty (carpet & skirting boards were not clean), lots of stains on carpet. Shower too small and door did not close completely and grout needs to be re done.

Only (small) issue was the bar didn’t serve coffee after 10.30pm, a few people asked but were told the machine had just been cleaned and to use the kettle in our room.

I had 3 interactions with staff from the hotel. The first one before arrival - Julie who dealt with my room request brilliantly. Nothing was too much to ask. The second was during breakfast - the dining room staff were polite, happy and helpful. Finally I had left something in the room after departure. The reception team organised to have it sent via Evri for me. Again this was dealt with in a really helpful manner. Thank you to all.
