Lovely hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Staff were helpful. And the breakfast was nice. The whole place had a lovely smell the minute you walked in and it was really quiet

The hotel was clean and tidy. Great location, close to the station, Every member of staff spoke and asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was well cooked and great options available. We will definitely stay again
I have struggled to find fault and the only thing I could say is the lobby bar was, cold in the evening but I'm always cold.

It was a great location for shopping, close to trams and train station. Staff were very helpful. Mention to Ruby at reception and Hannah & Jesse too at the restaurant/bar. Room was comfy and food was nice.

Dusty in bedroom, uncomfortable bed,very hard mattress,needing update on furniture- worn scuffed and dented.Lift would go to wrong floor daily and became quite irritating. But suppose we were willing to take that instead of walking 8 floors.
