Had a perfect stay. Firstly, I was traveling during a horrible heatwave and the air conditioning in the room was AMAZING. I arrived a little earlier at the hotel, overheated after a train journey with faulty AC, and my room was ready, nice and chilly

The cleanliness was spot on, the room smelt really fresh and the breakfast was lovely and they had a good selection.
Unfortunately the pillows weren't great, some were lumpy and the others were too soft.

I was there for the Manchester marathon, the location was brilliant with a lovely pasta restaurant opposite and easy links to the city and surrounding area.
At first when I went to my room, unfortunately the aircon was not working and the room was very hot. The staff were very helpful and immediately arranged for me to move to another room which did have working aircon so I was very pleased with this.

Great location, easy to find and a short walk from the car park we had booked. Room on 7th floor - great views and very spacious and good facilities. Toiletries included in bathroom. Breakfast was included in the rate - very good choice and tasty.
Shower cubicle was a bit too small.
Plug sockets at ground level next to the bed. Had some difficulty plugging in but managed in the end - could be a little higher up, to make it easier for all plug types.

A really lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff in an deal location for parking, local transport, shopping, eateries and concerts. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a very useful fridge, complimentary water, kettle, tea/coffee/milk and biscuits. The bathroom was large and luxurious ( a bath with separate shower cubicle, lovely towels, bathrobes and slippers.) We had drinks in the modern bar area on the evening and the self serve breakfast the next morning was varied and plentyful.

Although in the process of being decorated, the hotel was clean and spacious with great staff.
Parking is a problem. The concessionary multi story is still £18 for 24hrs or if you use the car park directly opposite it’s £25 for 24hrs.
