Central, but easily accessible location. Modern and comfortable feel. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast included in the price.
Some areas were a bit grubby - the carpet on the landing hallway appeared to have "fluids" spilt on it. Not much to dislike - I am being picky.
