The entrance and dinning area was beautiful, the lifts worked fast.
The area around the bed (black wooden cover) and floor were a bit dirty and we found a half eaten cookie on the pillow end of the bed. You can hear all the cars, but it’s to be expected due to the busy road outside.

Staff were universally friendly and welcoming making our visit feel special
A few minor issues with bathroom. We flush button stiff to operate . Shower temperature setting only one temperature which was ok but couldn’t be increased or decreased

Location was good the reception staff couldn’t do enough for u and made u feel so welcome
More staff for breakfast as coffee machines was both empty and no 1 to get as they was all busy but that’s not too bad as a whole
