The location is great. Right in the northern quarter close to lots of restaurants and pubs but still very quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious.
The fitness room is very limited. One bench press machine, one leg press and a few cardio machines pressed into a tiny windowless room with no air flow. The machines are good quality though.

Absolutely lovely hotel , amazing staff. The most comfortable bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely recommend and stay again

The location is great, comfortable bed, clean toilet. I like the security feel when they limit the access to the hotels to residents only beyond 11pm
The bar was under construction majority of my stay. The kettle in the room was scaling.

The location is perfect. The staff was amazing.. especially since my flight was delayed and I arrived late. The room was clean. The restaurant/bar was amazing. 10/10 will stay here again.

Wouldn’t know… we went to check in to be told that are room had a water leak and there was no more rooms and they put us in a holiday inn express instead! Disgusting treatment

Bedding, staff members were polite and helpful and very friendly
The heating in our room was not switching on. It was 7°c outside when we arrived at 9pm We called reception but they misunderstood and sent a fan but told us that they would switch on the heating . We waited, and wanted to go to sleep with the assurance it was switched on. After 40 minutes nothing changed. Had to call again. Then they brought up a heater

Great staff on arrival. Who made a special cake plate for our daughters birthday. Very clean comfortable room with tea coffee making facilities and water. Spacious modern bar and reception. 5 minute walk to the centre.
