The staff were very friendly, the hotel was spotless clean and our room was lovely. It had a nice view. The bed was so so comfortable and the bathroom was decorated lovely. The location of the hotel was superb it was so close to everything.

Good location with a decent breakfast selection. Club member lounge was useful as well.
Air conditioning did not work in the room and we were left with a fan that was little to no help. Electrics were also a little temperamental when we put card into slot as well.

Beds are very comfy staff accommodating food is lovely i think we had most items of menu.
Attention to detail in room for example curtains had stains Mould around shower seals Have to take out tea tray to use it as no points in the cupboard however regardless of this I would absolutely stay again

Returned again to celebrate wedding anniversary. King executive. Nice touch to have access to club lounge. Great staff in their too. Professional and really polite From start to finish was great as always. Comfortable room, great staff . Good breakfast. Evening meal was a little naff but would just out in manchester next time.

Great location, it’s a good hotel and one room is spacious enough for a family of 4, the breakfast was also decent and the price for the hotel was also good. The hotel is Is in a very good location so you can visit many places just by walking and is very accessible by public transport
