Cleanliness of the rooms, stained furniture, stained bedding, very tired room, Dirty vents in dining room on the ceilings, hotel needs a refurb. Other customers also complaining about cleanliness and were offered cashback.

Great staff on arrival. Who made a special cake plate for our daughters birthday. Very clean comfortable room with tea coffee making facilities and water. Spacious modern bar and reception. 5 minute walk to the centre.
