Very clean modern and they upgreaded us too the premium for an extra £27 which encluded 24h free mini bar soft drinks n snacks and from 6/8 free alcohol worth every penny

The hotel rooms were clean, and the price we paid for the night was very cheap.
Quite hard to walk to and from the airport terminal. The fitness centre was quite poor.

Near to the airport, clean and comfortable hotel.
As, understandably,breakfast is not available 24/7, perhaps a vending machine would be beneficial. Whilst the hotel is very near to the airport the sign posting and direct access is problematic. (Please see photo below). It took us quite sometime to get to the hotel even though we could see it in the distance. The food was unremarkable and expensive .

Friendliness of staff member when checking in. Service and quality of food in restaurant very good.
Lack of collection from train station. Other hotels provide collection service from station etc. Despite telephoning the contact number we were given for shuttle service we were left waiting for over 40 minutes (told we'll be there in 10). Eventually had to make alternative efforts to get to the hotel. Albeit we were given complimentary drink vouchers as a apology the none collection part at the end of our journey was big letdown.
