The hotel was very nice and close to airport train station. It was a very clean and ample room. The bar in lobby was very nice and breakfast is definitely worth the cost. If I travel to Manchester and need to stay close to airport, defintely on my list.
Not much I did not like, but if I have to say something, it is a very big hotel so room was quite a ways away from entrance. The only other point I will make is that hotel was very responsive on Booking.Com when I first booked trip but did not get any responses when I asked questions on day of check-in.

The manager Nikel was amazing he’s surely so accommodating and professional - he’s kind and a credit to this company
Old, small, broken fridge, broken tiles, also charming to take you to the airport? When I booked an airport hotel is a con and should not be allowed I pays over £100 fir 1 night and has to pay fur this service- it’s a cheap trick

Room and breakfast, albeit pricey.
The shuttle situation. The shuttle phone at the airport still has a number listed for your hotel. Very frustrating trying to call only to discover that we couldn’t order a shuttle to pick us up. Your website is misleading stating that a shuttle is available without explaining how to get it. We had to walk with our luggage to your hotel. In fact I would not book your hotel next time specifically for this reason.

First floor seemed nice
Room was miles from elevators, was exhausting with our suitcases was also only place to access drinking water. Shower tub combo was unsafe as the tub was so high. An accident waiting to happen!
