We flew into Manchester in the evening, our flight was delayed by a couple of hours. We were able to walk to the hotel which was a plus. I'm used to free hotel shuttles so I find British hotel/airport shuttles exorbitant. Next morning we walked to the railway station.
Looks like the groundfloorhas been renovated. Our room looked a bit dated but it was ok for what we wanted. It was all about location for me.

The hotel was beautiful we enjoyed our stay
We think 20pound 4 parking was steep as we flew out at 6am so left hotel at 3am so didnt seam like we had ouf money worth

Breakfast was nice. All the staff were lovely except for one
Hotel needs a revamp. Decor a bit tatty. Tiny bath. Uncomfy pillows. Very few gluten free options on the menu
