It was good not to have to worry about getting to the airport on time.
To the airport was a bit longer than advertised but there was a transfer bus at an extra cost.

Evening meal menu suited all the family . The food was exceptional for a airport hotel. the receptionist was very helpful and gave us good instructions how to get to our terminal easily

Most things
Apart from the very high bar and restaurant prices, we could not understand the message in the room saying "We hope you enjoy these complimentary refreshments." The only thing provided was an EMPTY water bottle. No snacks.Nothing. Apparently there is a water filling station but we couldn't find it.We just used tap water.

Very helpful and supportive staff, made me feel welcome, answered my queries and made my stay enjoyable and easy. Nice comfortable big room with good location.
The free Wifi was very slow and with that high price, breakfast should be included, otherwise around £70-80 would be reasonable for a room without breakfast but not > £100.
