Close to train station and airport. The shuttle frequency, price and service was very good. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Felt luxurious and high end yet approachable. The pan Thai food was amazing. Staff were so lovely and professional on reception.
There was a surly older guy behind the bar. Very intimidating. The younger guys were lovely. I’m older btw so not discriminating.

Pretty standard and nothing out of the ordinary for an airport hotel.
The shower facilities were terrible. One had to step into a tub and fiddle around with the shower instructions. (1) Stepping into a high-walled bathtub is awkward and potentially dangerous. (2) The 3/4 glass screen opens too close to the adjacent sink, forcing the bather to shift position while entering or exiting the tub, again increasing the potential of slipping. (3) There are two showerheads: one on the ceiling and a handheld attachment that can be mounted on a sliding bar. Turning on the water preferentially selects the ceiling showerhead, which meant that I was completely soaked. (4) The pick-up area of the Crown Plaza airport shuttle is not clearly marked, and I, along with other guests of the hotel, were wandering up and down the hotels' pick-up areas for 30 minutes before the van showed up. The wait is understandable, but the lack of a clearly identified Crown Plaza pick-up area is not.

Great location to the airport. Shuttle runs every 15 mins . Restaurants serve great food and good price for an airport hotel .
The bed was not the greatest it was clean and fresh but hard and the pillows also hard . I like a firmish bed but this was a little too hard. Softer pillows too please.
