Didn’t recognise IHG member because booked via booking.com. Lost points. Room small & poorly laid out. Not enough space fir suitcases (given its at the airport, this seems basic).

The staff at the front desk was very professional, warm and helpful. Check in was super fast and absolutely hassle free. The rooms were comfortable.

We always use this hotel pre-flight, the staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and quiet.
It's close to parking and close to the airport itself.
The breakfast is nice, the restraunt/bar area is clean and modern and there have never been any issues.

The location. Check-in was by far the beat part of the visit!
Way overpriced, £150+ for 1 night not including breakfast. Scruffy lifts and corridors, my room on the 3rd floor in need of some TLC. Very dissapointing for a Crown Plaza - diferent standards for different countries maybe? Won't be back.

Lovely hotel close to airport. Comfortable room and great reception experience with Daniel at the front desk . Very welcoming and friendly. Great to have a shuttle service to terminals as well.
