Staff are lovely and helpful.
Room had HVAC issues and we needed to move late in the evening. The second room had some items requiring repair/maintenance also. My conversation with the front desk staff was helpful and polite, and their potential resolution of the issues was more than satisfactory. Their responsive attitude made up for the difficulties we encountered.

Good location close to the airport. Good hotel shuttle bus both ways. Friendly staff and a really good choice of both cooked and continental items at breakfast. Excellent sized room and very clean. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends who are flying from Manchester in October.

Clean, great location to airport terminals and car rental returns with free shuttle bus
It was hot in the UK and like most places that don’t have AC in the rooms it was a little uncomfortable with only a small fan running.

Location and friendly staff
We had opened coffee packets and missing stock items. For some reason we were placed in an ADA room. Food was great but little pricey. AC would not stay on so we were up and down all night adjusting it. Made it for a tough night with having to be at airport by 5am

Everything was OK with this hotel except the one fundamental issue that means no one should use it if they are needing the airport.
This hotel is useless as an airport hotel. You cannot rely on the transport to the terminal, I waited 20 minutes and then when the transfer bus arrived I was told it was reserved for cabin crew and I had to wait another half an hour. 50 minutes wait when I have a flight to catch, seriously? So I would not recommend you use this place if, say, you have a flight to catch. I ended up walking to the terminal, which as well as being a longish way, was also poorly signposted and I ended up dragging my suitcase over grass to get there.

We have stayed here before and the breakfasts have previously been very nice .On this occasion though it fell below average …. There were no mushrooms or a vegetarian sausage , we had to ask for the hot water urn to be refilled on two occasions . The chef was quite negative as when we asked for more mushrooms he said ‘ nope mushrooms have all gone ‘ and that he had no vegetarian sausages although on our previous stays it was offered .

Only thing I'd say was rotten egg smell when you got out of lift on 3rd floor but could not be smelt in rooms and would not put me off staying again xxx

I have stayed many times and this was the poorest of experiences from checking in late due to arrival time and delays -notified to hotel very dismissive and unhelpful when new automated screens couldn’t locate booking . Not even one hour consideration to extension of room booking for a regular customer .
Breakfast always hot and good selection but not replenished , wait for mugs , wait for tea bags , toaster on fire poorly handled blaming a non English speaking guest for not understanding a small written instruction , put up a laminated picture of a croissant with a big Red Cross through it and flames will cover a multitude of languages .

Great airport hotel. Easy to reach, and the lounge felt unexpectedly luxurious — comfortable chairs, couches, and private booths, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it feel like a real treat before a flight. We especially loved being able to watch a football game; after three weeks in England with an itinerary that never aligned with game times, it was such a fun surprise to finally catch one.
We met relatives who live nearby and had a really nice evening with food and drinks. The food was fine, but the lounge itself and the service made the experience feel special. Our waitress was fantastic and handled a full room with ease.
The room was quiet and comfortable, even though we were right next to the airport. We enjoyed the stay enough that we reserved it again for the end of our trip (booked directly). A surprisingly relaxing and convenient stopover.

Modern clean fresh room.
Courtesy bus wasnt operating when I arrived for transport from manchester airport to hotel.
I rang for the bus when I arrived and was told to wait by the taxi rank. After sometime I went back into the airport to use the phone to call again. Told the same thing go back outside and wait.
Im a senior citizen with arthritic knee and I ended up dragging my luggage with me to walk to the hotel.
I was offered a free drink which I declined.
My experience was awful and spoilt my stay.
I was traveling alone in an unfamiliar setting. Waiting in the cold for a bus that never came. To be then told its 'a courtesy service ' not 'guaranteed service' I feel was unacceptable.
Do not except service between 6-7pm as driver changes shift i was told by reception staff! Why not tell me that when I made the call for pick up ?
