The bar downstairs is well organised and the food is good with very attentive waiters.
Nobody at the front desk or just one very slow person.
No due to the hotel but the connection with T2 is more than 15’ walk with a lot of roadworks which make difficult yo reach the hotel.

The location was awesome; right in view of the airport with a dedicated shuttle.
The lobby and bar/restaurant areas were nice looking and the room LOOKED like it was nice.
I really really wanted to like this hotel. It got good reviews and it wasn’t exactly cheap. However there were a lot of negative things happening at once.
They had kiosk check-in, which didn’t work for me. So I had to wait in line to check in. It took forever for the agent to do anything and after a while I asked if there was a problem. He said he didn’t have a room for me and was shuffling things around to find me one. Which makes no sense. When I finally got the room and paid, he was very vague about the breakfast I purchased as part of the plan so we had to comeback and ask later. The toilet didn’t flush and the tv had about 5 channels.
The heater didn’t work, the room itself seemed a bit damp, and the bar service was slow. The food was ok in both the bar menu and the breakfast buffet.

Free airport shuttle, nice food
Ignored initial request earlier in the day to not put us on ground floor. Took quite a while for someone to come to our table, and was waiting over 20 mins for some chips after our food was brought to our table. One of the receptionists were a little rude. Im hard of seeing, use w walking stick, and he told me to check out using the self service machines, and then continued to stand behind the desk not doing anything. Was a good experience apart from these things. I think ill try another hotel next time.
