Conveniently located near the airport.
Was not easy to find the free shuttle from the train station. Ended up walking to the hotel from there with all the luggage.

Friendly welcome, lovely clean spacious room and lovely food
The staff in the bar area were good but so scruffy and not smart which let's the hotel down. Its easy to train staff in how to look and how to use an iron.

The breakfast was amazing was worth paying for. The staff were so polite and friendly. Easy for transport which was the 24hr shuttle bus going to and from the airport which is very handy. I would recommend anyone coming here. We will certainly be coming back
Only issue was our room 253 door wasn’t closing properly and the sink wasn’t draining properly either. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.

Disappointing
The check in was very poor at 3 am. My room wasn't ready yet check in is 3pm, 12 hours earlier. For £150 you expect your room ready !
My previous stay was much better, large room with coffee maker, this room was much smaller and no coffee machine.
I wont book here again.
The breakfast is fine. But the price of £150 for the room is way to high for one person.
