The booking in was so much better from the week before when we stayed - the gentlemen then was rather rude. The Breakfast was fabulous - lovely welcome by the lady on the restaurant desk and great choice - Thank you. Also the speed the transfer bus arrived to take us back from the airport to the hotel and the lady who answered the call - so professional
Consistency of reception staff, if we had not had such a good one on our return we would not use the hotel again

Nice comfortable room and tasty evening meal good facilities apart from one problem as detailed in next question, Good shuttle service reasonable price.
Wanted to order a meal and is normally done with a QR Code but it didn't work so rang reception and ordered it from there, so maybe a menu in the room with a number to ring could be an option.

It was extremely clean.
We didn't like that the volume on the tv had been fixed to go no higher than 35. We're both hearing impaired. So, we felt discriminated against.

We were able to make a last minute reservation, which was a godsend. We had checked out of the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport Hotel, scheduled to fly to the US, but a misplaced passport meant we missed our flights and needed a room. The Radisson was very overpriced, both the room and restaurant, and the staff was indifferent. Clayton was recommended by the information desk in the airport, and we're glad we followed their recommendation. Bar staff was particularly helpful.
Real coffee in the room, facecloths in the bathroom, and a non-skid shower mat for the shower all would have been appreciated.

Proximity to the airport was great and shuttle service was a bonus. I left a ring in the room and couldn't return until after my trip. The staff found it and put it in the safe for my return which was very helpful.
Ground floor rooms aren't very private when curtains are open. Quite a lot of foot traffic in the carpark outside and the bathroom was dated

Room was fine for one night stay. Glad that I was able to have a room on the ground floor.
The organisation of the shuttle bus was very chaotic. Long queues and no one around to manage it.

Comfortable bed and there was very little noise from the airport. The shuttle was good. Room service was good.
The bathroom needed more toilet paper and towels. I would have liked extra pillows for the beds.

Not at all . Staff is not cooperating at all charged double for the room did not give me my room on time very very bad experience.
The toiletry just the water in there no soap, no shampoo. My charger was stolen from the room after cleaning when I report to the front desk. They said they will ask for the cleaning crew, but nothing has been done the most horrible thing happen in the 3:00am morning someone just get in my room. It is horrible horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone to stay this hotel. The room cost a lot of money but very very creepy service after a long flight. I check in 1 AM in the morning and they said we don’t have any room this is ridiculous. I already mention that I have small kids and I need connecting rooms. They gave me rooms in two different floor plans after fighting for an hour with them hate it hate hate it

Hotel was by the airport which was a bonus since our flight out was early in the morning. Shuttle bus was available
Scheduling the shuttle bus took some haggling. We were told it takes 5 minutes to get to airport. Under normal circumstances it would but there was a huge traffic. I suppose the traffic in the morning is not an exception, so it was a little nerve wrecking
