Pleasant
Hotel was convenient to airport. Room was as requested and restaurants provided a good option for meals.
The facilities were a bit tired with stained carpet and lamps and TV not working.

Very Good
The twin beds were really good size and very comfortable, had no time to check the breakfast or dinner due to incoming and out coming flight times, the courtesy bus was great
Really don’t like the shower curtain it lets the bathroom down… a screen would be so much better and more hygienic

Very Good
Very clean and welcoming lobby with a great front desk staff. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a rock.
The room had a few issues like a damaged security lock. The telephone wouldn’t work in the air conditioning /heater wasn’t working. I had a bite to eat in the dining room and it wasn’t what I expected. I ordered Maple Buffalo Wings @12.50 a Signature Dish which is described as Maple-glazed chicken wings served with blue cheese, crème fraiche and shaved celery but with the maple glaze on the side so I could dip What came was wings buffalo hot sauce no maple flavour, blue cheese dressing and one 2” piece of celery. Nothing like the description.

The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows
No spare towels in the spare towels drawer.
No extra pillows.
No iron (called up reception for one but it never arrived - and they sounded rather surprised that someone needed one).
The ironing board was filthy (splashed with something and dusty).
Significant mold near the bathroom on the floor.
Entire hotel smelt unfresh and stuffy.
The airport bus drivers were rather rude and impatient.
Shower heads aren't very good.

Good
Decent value.
Toilets have been replaced and some may have cracked ceramic where they attach to the walls - ours did.
I suggest that guests inspect the toilets before using them.

Wonderful
Close to the airport-particularly Terminal 3.
Clean, good check in. Comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Signage at the airport (Terminal 3) would help. A lot of the other hotels had signs saying this way to x hotel.
Prices of drinks were expensive but meals were very tasty and reasonable prices.
