Spacious, clean rooms
No hair dryer, requested 1 from front desk, I was told someone would bring it upstairs, but no one came.
Got stuck in the lift, eventually managed to get out, using the emergency bell. Tried to inform staff on checkout but no one bothered to listen

Very modern room, great value & perfect location. Decent mattress though couldn't get the pillows to the right height.
Surprised that it had an old tv with only 6 channels available, everywhere you stay now has smart TV's.

Long hairs on bathroom floor absolutely gross. Also, the shuttle service just doesn’t work effectively if your flight lands in the early hours.

location perfect, check in/out quick and easy, decent size beds in twin room. Perfect for father&son going to a match.

Disappointing
Hotel looks lovey, Reception area is nice
Receptionist barely spoke to us, I questioned the charge which was different from advertised and she just stared at me blankly. She didn’t tell us where the lifts were so went to the wrong lift and got lost. Had to come back and met other guests who were also lost! The room was cold on arrival and so couldn’t increase the temperature. One of the windows was broken and hadn’t been closed properly. There was damp all around the window. The bathroom shower patch up job looked terrible. There were no spare pillows and the one on the bed was flimsy.

Modern, clean with friendly staff.
Walking from the station it’s really difficult to find and you have to traverse some dark walkways at night.
The hotel is like a rabbit warren, again really difficult to find your room.

The breakfast was just what I needed, the staff on duty were helpful, kind and polite. A great start to the holiday, and on returning a great meal to set us on our way home.
