Received a friendly welcome from staff on front desk and in the Aviator Bar. Location excellent for pre-flight stay.
Temperature in both communal areas of hotel and rooms to be very cold. Lack of daylight in the room due to an extremely slim window adjacent to a brick external wall. No view whatsoever. Not what I would consider to be a deluxe room.

Staff were friendly, especially the shuttle bus driver she was lovely. Beds were very comfortable
Had black mould on our window sill which I understand sometimes can’t be helped. Service was poor in the bar/restaurant. Had to send my food back, for the price was not happy with food or service. Took them 40 mins to come and ask us if we wanted a drink to which we asked to pay. Was very slow. Also received room service and the food was cold, however didn’t want complain for the sake of £20.

Near to airport
Breakfast served at 5.30 am, which we paid for, our flight was 7am. There is not enough time to eat and unable to be given arefund . We were given a breakfast to go, which was not acceptable in place of the money we had paid . The hotel was very comfortable. But we were disappointed with not getting a breakfast refund

The property was very clean and for the most part comfortable, the beds are a bit hard… and the rooms can become quite warm! But nothing majorly took away from our stay.
Mattresses were very hard and rooms very warm.

Nothing. I was told an incorrect booking made through booking.com would not be double charged. it has been. I have been charged for 4 rooms instead of two. Not helpful, even when I explained that booking.com has agreed to refund the booking.

Very comfortable room and well maintained.
Very expensive bar and restaurant, we would eat out next time. Also, no queuing system for the morning shuttle, very poorly managed and the staff knew that it got busy at this time of day as they said as such. Just saying ‘the buses come as and when’ wasn’t helpful at all and then a mass huddle to board.
