It's all very nice.Unfortunately we had to leave at 4.30 & so we couldn't get breakfast.
A filter coffee & a croissant would have been perfect for our early start

24 hour shuttle to airport terminals and train station. Good breakfast served from 530am for 15 pounds.
Old wing did not have temp control in room and hand held shower head .

The hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle bus service to the terminals which was convenient. The first bus was overbooked so we had to wait and it caused stress on the airport later, but we made it to the flight. The staff was all very nice. The hotel looked and smelled clean. We got two king sized beds which were nice. The pillows were a bit hard for my neck, but it`s extremely sensitive so they probably suit most people. The food in the restaurant was very good.
The shuttle bus was overbooked and caused stress on the airport.

Restaurant, staff, receptionist was lovely and helpful, great shuttle service, clean, quiet, beds nice
Pillows were dreadful. Sign that tells you you need to use your key card to make the lift work was missing in one of the lifts and we didn’t realise, this would help being clearer if you aren’t used to staying in hotels like us!

The airport shuttle staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly! Great location too.
Bathroom a little run down, hairs in the shower weren't so nice either!
Barriers to get into the carpark need more signage, I had to ask to find out about the free 5 minutes for drop off/pickup. If there were signs, I couldn't see them.

The room looked like it is to accommodate disabled people, bathroom had black mould around shower etc, the sink is too close to the toilet when you are sitting on the toilet, under the bed was a shortbread biscuit and a mound of dust. Needs cleaning properly

Property fine
Stayed many times before but on this occasion the terminal shuttle was poor. Had to wait 45 minutes to be collected from T2 and the following day had to walk with luggage to T1 as there were no available shuttles an hour either side of the time we required!
