Check in and room were good
Only after booking did I see that it describes itself as family friendly, which has the invitable consequence of excitable children in corridors early in the morning ready to fly off on holidays. Arrive after a late flight and you can forget about a decent lie in!

Shuttle from airport was very fast, back to the airport took too long.
We arrived at midnight and found an ice cold room (appr. 14C). No heating controls and only an electric heater on the wall that did not work. Guy at reception told me we have to switch on the heating ourselves, would have taken 3 hours for the room to heat up. Had to call to reception twice before we were given another room. Breakfast had a good selection but quality of food was poor. Will not stay in a Clayton hotel ever again.
