The room was large and comfortable, and the free shuttle to and from the railway station and airport terminal was handy and efficient.

Staff lovely and helpful, Shuttle bus is very welcome , drivers lovely. Was given an upgrade which was great, Room lovely and comfortable big bed , would stay again

We had an evening meal in the bar/restaurant. It was quite expensive, which we expected in a hotel. But the meal was poorly presented, cold and very disappointing. I had fish and chips and I have had much better from street vendors. There were 7 of us and each meal was well below what we expected. We complained to the staff who just shrugged it off. She did say that she would see if we could have free coffees afterwards!! We then waited nearly half an hour for that to arrive. It wasn't your finest moment.

Lovely hotel.nice breakfast. Mini bus pick up and drop off
Rang for mini bus from train and staff told me to walk so i did .path was muddy and wet and wrecked my trainers.insist on the minibus.

The booking in was so much better from the week before when we stayed - the gentlemen then was rather rude. The Breakfast was fabulous - lovely welcome by the lady on the restaurant desk and great choice - Thank you. Also the speed the transfer bus arrived to take us back from the airport to the hotel and the lady who answered the call - so professional
Consistency of reception staff, if we had not had such a good one on our return we would not use the hotel again
