Dirty carpets, extortionate drinks and snack prices, tried to change rooms to twin beds for a married couple, offered no help at all with anything, limited English speaking staff, dirty bathrooms, noise as next to train tracks.

No services at all .Air conditioner not working.Room is very hot. Room furniture very old .no refrigerator in the room.I request iron no one bring.Bathroom very old and broken.I changed the room because they put me in handicapped room .car parking very expensive.Train station considered far from hotel entrance.We are going out walking from the parking gate which not safe.

The whole, experience with booking, checking in and collecting the key was mostly done on my phone which made the whole thing easy and efficient. We received a code and qf code that we used to self check-in at the hotel, to load your own key/s.
The closeness to the airport, the size and storage areas in the delux twin room was great.
The mini bus transfer to and from the railway station to the hotel and then back to the airport was great, a decent area for suitcases and comfortable seats.

A one night stay while waiting for a flight. I've stayed at this hotel several times, so knew exactly what to expect. It's pricey, but luxurious and a good spot to unwind and prepare for a long flight the next day. The shuttle service to the Terminal continues to be a standout. The drivers are invariably super courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. I'm getting older and appreciate the little touches. It's nice to have someone offer that extra bit of help.
I find the restaurant to be good, but excessively overpriced. I know people have few options for eating right at the airport, but I still don't like the feeling of being overcharged. The food is delicious, but even so, too costly.

Very quiet for airport hotel! Shuttle bus service excellent and very helpful.
Problem with air conditioning. By coincidence, outdoor temperature was 19 degrees, so we were able to sleep with no air conditioning and window open. But... we were lucky!

Walking distance to the airport, but the hotel shuttle was even better.
Typical airport surroundings: Lots of pavement, traffic, nothing to do except go to the airport. The flipside of being within walking distance to the airport.

Friendly staff, especially the shuttle drivers. It was affordable, and relatively clean.
A/C unit didn’t seem to work at all and it made the room rather uncomfortable to sleep in.
Bathroom sink faucet was old and very low water pressure.
The room had some places where a drawer from one piece of furniture was used in another (didn’t match colors)
Was dated and old with patchwork repairs.
