The hotel was excellent. Clean, comfotable. Staff very polite and caring.
We had a excellent evening meal and a great breakfast.

This was a very convenient and clean hotel when flying out early from Manchester airport. The hotel’s shuttle bus service is great. They immediately sent the shuttle to come get me from the train station, and then took me to the terminal in the morning.

Somewhat convenient with check in/check out.
Did not feel clean at all. Multiple clumps of hair which we found upon entering which clearly wasn’t ours. Bathroom was outdated and didn’t feel clean either.
