Very nice and comfortable room. Pleasant staff. The shuttle bus service is very efficient and the driver very helpful and pleasant.
Ate in the restaurant and disappointed with the meal. Had the burger and it came with fries that were overcooked and burnt. However the staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and efficient.

The bathroom is very old and tatty and needs a total refurbishment also there wasnt any nice little vanity packs like there used to be.

Terrible breakfast. No local shops so the hotel fleeces people who stay with sky high prices for drinks and chocolate bars etc. After having the breakfast we had no intention of having another meal there so we had to pay the prices.

Excellent location. Very easy to get to and from the airport using the free shuttle. Lovely room - very clean and very comfortable beds! Ate in the Aviator bar - menu was varied and the food delicious. Great service.

I'm used to parking being available included for guests. Here you pay £30

Great location for T1 and T3. Only a few minutes walk across the road. We had a 3 night holiday and were able to leave the car at the Crown Plaza which was very convenient. The restaurant menu looked lovely.
We have used the car park a few times and it can be difficult to find a space.
