Very close proximity to the airport, friendly and accommodating staff (always!). Comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast!
Room 215 looking aged. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, mold and mildew around the shower and bath. Could do with a refresh.

Disappointing
Restaurant, shuttle, location, bed and cleanliness and all staff were very helpfull. Sorry cannot think of any more, the room was a disappointment. We could have upgraded but we do not like King beds and no Queen upgrade was offered.
The room 117 was directly above reception and shuttles were coming and going at all hours. There were rooms outside ours that staff were coming and going to for housekeeping and were at time congregating to chat. The heating was inadequate and there was none at all in the bathroom. It was advised that the bath mat be used in the bath when taking a shower but there was no bath mat and it was not convenient to wait for one.

Conveniently located near the airport.
Was not easy to find the free shuttle from the train station. Ended up walking to the hotel from there with all the luggage.

close to the airport was great
the way to arrive to the hotel by foot was confusing. The shuttle from the hotel in the morning was not so often, and 1 shuttle was full, needed to stay other 20-30 minutes for the next one

The staff went out of there way when I had checked out and left my phone charger in the room the airport shuttle driver brought my charger to me at the train station .

The booking in was so much better from the week before when we stayed - the gentlemen then was rather rude. The Breakfast was fabulous - lovely welcome by the lady on the restaurant desk and great choice - Thank you. Also the speed the transfer bus arrived to take us back from the airport to the hotel and the lady who answered the call - so professional
Consistency of reception staff, if we had not had such a good one on our return we would not use the hotel again

Nice comfortable room and tasty evening meal good facilities apart from one problem as detailed in next question, Good shuttle service reasonable price.
Wanted to order a meal and is normally done with a QR Code but it didn't work so rang reception and ordered it from there, so maybe a menu in the room with a number to ring could be an option.
