Musty smell when entered the room
No throws or runners on the bed
Toilet basin cracked but wasn’t leaking and grout in shower needs attention

Good location for the airport with free shuttle bus
No tea bags provided, only sachets of de-caff coffee, not great when you discover this at 3.30am when you're up for an early flight - I just wanted a cup of tea! Might seem like a minor thing, but not great customer care for the price they charge. Room temperature was only just warm and no way to control the heating. USB chargers didn't work. Lighting in rooms was very dim.
