Bed & pillows were great in terms of size and comfort.
Having a family room with a proper single bed was brilliant.
Breakfast was great.
Amazing support from Deniz on reception!
Love the charity aspect.
Building works outside were noisy early in the morning.
Location wasn’t ideal for shopping & eating out.

Location was good, im a light sleeper so noise is a big thing for me and it ended up being alright. Staff are very lovely though and would visit again. PG tips tea in the bedroom as well, which will always get a +1 from me.
No switches to turn the lights off, all the lights are activated by your card that you slot into an electronic holder, and when you want to turn the lights off, you take out card from the holder. The holder is right next to the bed and very accessible, so it wasnt too much of an issue, but if there was a socket a bit closer to the bed to plug in the lamp so i could do some late night work without having all the lights on, that would've been nice. Also prefer firmer pillows vs soft ones, but that might just be me.

Staff were knowledgable and polite with kids. Checkin and checkout process was very hassle-free. Hotel premises are good, and very clean. The pool and recreation facilities were excellent. The rooms are non-smoking which is good, but beware there are people smoking right at the entrance of the hotel (it is annoying, we go out for fresh air, so first thing you get is pungent cigarette smoke in lungs).
1. Considering the hotels sustainability initiatives to educate customers to be cautious regarding water usage; we should also include and beware about the most crucial aspect ie food. It is very well evident that animal foods have a high water footprint, land usage, it leads to deforestation and major reason for biodiversity loss. Let’s learn ourselves and serve the customers healthy, whole plant foods.
2. Hotel should let smokers move further away from the main entrance.
3. Toilet tissues are still white (bleached); brown (unbleached) tissues are absolutely fine.

Its location was pretty much all it had going for it
It was slightly clean but was very dated with poor decor. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together badly and was the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve ever had

Staff were very helpful and friendly, did their very best to cater for gluten intolerance. Room was exceptionally quiet, we would definitely stay again.
As stated in the other reviews, bathrooms are very dated. We could not turn off the bathroom light, which was a problem for us and hindered our sleep as it shone brightly even with the door shut.
