Reception team very helpful and sorted out my accidental double booking without me incurring an extra cost. Room was fine - I enjoyed the pool and spa facilities.
Breakfast was limited and quite basic and it did not appeal. I didn’t get asked if I’d like anything freshly cooked as that would have been the best option. Staff light on the ground at breakfast and checking out time.

Location was great for our trip. The hotel is run for a number of charitable reasons and I love this.
The music while having food was covers of rock music. It was loud, not necessary

Nice, modern decor downstairs. Room was nice and clean, bathroom dated but clean and for the price and location a great find, will definately return. A bonus it is also charity owned….All staff were so friendly… Didn’t have chance to use the pool and gym but looked good.

I liked the location, the staff who we interacted with were friendly, the breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable
We were kept awake for several hours by noisy guests next door. Floor walks were not carried out which would have identified the issue. After 2 hours we had to knock ourselves and then make 2 phone calls to the night reception. After following this up with emails explaining how this spoiled our experience as well as the next day as we were tired, no offer of anything to compensate for this other than a complimentary breakfast.
