All went well. The possibility to visit the pool and saunas (which are included in the price) is a great bonus. Also very grateful for the possibility to check in early - I really needed that sleep after my VERY early flights and before my afternoon activities.
The only small minus was that my room was at the end of corridor and Wifi signal was so weak I could not use it. But as it was not that big of a problem for me (managed with my mobile internet), I did not mention this before check-out. The lady at the reception was then very helpful, telling they could offer another room if this is really important, etc.

All about the location for us. We had a music event at the Aviva Studio's which was only a 5 minute walk away. There was also an excellent restaurant Sappora around the corner where they cook your meal in front of you. The Hotel itself was great and welcoming and the staff were happy to help if needed.

Very friendly and welcoming staff with good clean rooms and the breakfast was reasonable. Location was also good for easy access to most things.

Discovered only during the stay we are supporting a great cause (YMCA).
Quite attractive breakfast / bar/ outside table space might have been good to stop and have a nightcap of there had been time.

Reception staff were excellent & most friendly & helpful. Beds were so comfortable & shower was amazing.
No evening meals available as advertised on website as kitchen had a problem..? Football being played by youths in the restaurant during breakfast on Wednesday morning was not good & pool staff mistakenly refusing entry to my 17 year old son twice on Wednesday evening due to untrained staff issue who were unaware of age registration was most unnecessary & unprofessional. Apology not accepted.
