Great value hotel if want a gym/pool in city as very few for the price. Room is good. Pleased with one night biz stop over Breakfast is good. Good location for exploring wandering that side of city. Stayed a few times in last year so know what to expect and so didnt disappoint
there are better non cooked breky selections out there bread/pastries/healthier etc but depends what you want for the value overall)

The location suited my needs and was in walking distance to my meetings. The room was acceptable, but the walls were paper-thin. I didn't manage to sleep due to constant disturbance.

Locations good, for a budget stay it’s exactly what it needs to do
Guy on the reception was very rude, made out I was I liar in front of my friend and other customers, very unprofessional. I’ve stayed at the place before and had great service but this however was far from it, very disappointed, it’s never good when you recommend somewhere and then this is your experience.

Lovely staff, great location with parking on site, clean, tidy and peaceful. Also managed to book in earlier as I had to be somewhere at 3pm. I have already booked again for the end of May.

Ideal location for the science museum and arcade arena. Swimming pool is always a bonus although it was quite busy.

This is a great hotel with lovely staff and facilities. Location fab, 5 minute walk to tram, lovely setting with the canal and barges out front. The gym and pool facilities were busy as we went at the weekend but a nice addition. Denim on reception so lovely & warm.

Staff were really friendly, great use of pool. Lovely bright room
A little noisy next to the lift but that was the only issue and it can't be helped
