Quite a nice Hotel to stay in, it was perfect for what my wife and I needed as we saw the "Rock Orchestra" at the Opera House, so the Hotel was literally a 7 minute walk. The facilities were good - albeit we only required Bed & Breakfast. The fact that this Hotel sent all its profit to Homeless charity is amazing. The Room could do with a Sofa or such like as there was a chair and a bed but this is not a deal breaker.
the Staff seemed quite friendly, only gripe was that we asked for some extra milk to make another cup of tea, the reception staff said they would bring some right up but that never happened.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was good and kept well stocked.
No power sockets by the bed. One person had a CPAP machine. However the amazing staff found a power extension. Shower in need of a descale.

Great value hotel if want a gym/pool in city as very few for the price. Room is good. Pleased with one night biz stop over Breakfast is good. Good location for exploring wandering that side of city. Stayed a few times in last year so know what to expect and so didnt disappoint
there are better non cooked breky selections out there bread/pastries/healthier etc but depends what you want for the value overall)

The location suited my needs and was in walking distance to my meetings. The room was acceptable, but the walls were paper-thin. I didn't manage to sleep due to constant disturbance.
