Great location. I really liked the vibe of the hotel, especially around the reception area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and not badly priced for the location. I unfortunately left my hairdryer in the room. I contacted the hotel and the Manager replied promptly to say that it had been found and would be at reception for me to pick up which I did on our return journey. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Thank you.
The rooms do not have air conditioning but, upon check in, reception did offer a fan. The entrance to the hotel is a distance from the car park and not that easy to find. I felt it could be better sign posted.

Really lovely staff at check in, also post-check in we really appreciated that we could leave our bags there. The hotel is in a really good location.
The room was very hot, the heatwave has mostly passed, but there was no fan or anything and as it is quite central there is a lot of outside noise, so we had to choose between being hot or having noise. A fan would have been appreciated!

Excellent overall. Great location. Denim served us and was awesome. Gave us everything we needed. Gym and pool were fantastic. Room was a bit tired looking and could do with freshning up but honestly no real critisicm as you get what you pay for. Everything was really cleam.
The light kept going out in the bathroom when Inwas having a shower. I didn't think I was too long in the shower.

Staff were good
I was in Sheffield for two night beforehand and the price was £10 cheaper and the difference was a world apart. Castlefield was run down, the only hotel without plug sockets by the bed I ever stayed in, rooms and corridors had odour spray to cover bad smells. There may have been bed bugs. So bad that I decided to leave and drive home. I had a full day, was really tired and yet, a four hour drive and arrive home was a better alternative and loose the money for the room and overnight parking than staying the night.
