Location is great, directly opposite the Science Museum, and a few minutes walk to the Opera House, Deansgate and St Ann’s Square. An on site car park is a plus but the staff are the main stars. Denim (as in jeans) was on reception and she and her colleagues were brilliant.

Me and my daughter loved everything. The staff we're amazing going above and beyond for my daughter. They helped me with the Christmas elves set it up for me with treats and everything. My daughter went nuts and thought they flew there. And nearly all of them spoke to her about the elves after asked her what she asked from santa. They were all just PERFECT Can't wait to go back and stay there again

The Room was very nice and and met our needs. Breakfast was good and staff were all very nice and helpful. Swimming pool was also very good.
with the exception of the bathroom light which was rather annoying.Its a sensor controlled light and did not appear to be operating properly, when you went into the toilet it would come on as meant to However it would go off very quickly leaving you in the dark to do your business. I had been out all day and decided to have a bath with a glass of wine to just chill. In a pop and hey presto light goes of there i am waving my arms at the light to make it come back on but no joy. Ask my to come in and as soon as she comes in it comes on a few minutes later same again . this carried on for the duration of my bath which I cut short . Next morning same agian when going through morning routines. However, it did give us a good Laugh trying to beat the light and did not spoil or time at this lovwley hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for two days with my daughter, and it is in an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, very warm, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is large and practical, and as soon as we entered the room we also found a hairdryer, which was very convenient, especially if you arrive wet. In the room there was everything needed to prepare hot drinks and coffee. The staff were extremely kind: we arrived in the morning and, since the room was already available, they allowed us to check in immediately. Unfortunately, on the last night of our stay I had a fever, and at the bar they kindly offered me a hot cappuccino, which was truly appreciated. Breakfast was not included, but next time we will definitely choose it. It was a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Room was a little dated, but very clean and tidy. Location was perfect for a work event near the hotel. Bar open until 4am which was a bonus. Very friendly staff especially Denim upon check-in.
Was a bit expensive but I appreciate I booked late. Bathroom was a bit dated.

Very clean Rooms, friendly staff, great central location for everything that I had planned to do.
Some of the food from the Barbican area didn't taste the best. But this could just be me as a preference thing, not the food itself. I also wish there was a plug next to the bed.
