we were very close to a Wedding Venue we were in the City for.
The top bedding, quilt cover had black mould stains on the top, you could see it clearly, as the beds were next to a full length window, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable. Pillows were clean, but this doesn't make for a good impression when you're staying for two nights.

Staff were super helpful and so nice to our kids. Food was excellent and pool was great!

Location was central and historical. Very comfortable beds and rainfall shower was a delight. Lovely staff on arrival and at breakfast.
Bedroom was a little unclean in areas, large cobwebs in the corners. Hand wash / shower soap could do with upgrading as was very hard to get out bottle.

Not enough plus switches in the room and not enough light switches on the room, only one to control all lights. Very noisy room next door - not a business hotel, younger generation mostly that probably didn’t have to bret up early !
