Good value for money. Very helpful staff. As we came by car, parking facility excellent. On this occasion, did not have breakfast.
We had a room on the main road. It was mid week, the road was quiet. Unfortunately, a car drew up just below our window, not in spaces on the other side of the road. 4 people had a dance party, car doors open for music. This was 11.00 till midnight! I know this is no fault of hotel, although glazing not sufficient to shut of noise. Would stay again but request a room not on the road side.

The location is superb and access to sauna was lovely. Staff was great. The room was spacious.
The light sensor on the bathroom didn't work properly. The temperature knob in the shower was very stiff. Would've liked being able to turn off the ceiling light in the room off and turn only the lamps above the bed on. This is really just me being nit-picky, but I wish hotels (this hotel included) offered hummus in their breakfast spread.

The hotel was situated in the heart of the city with everything close by. The staff were welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic to help. The room was clean with the comfiest beds. Would a book again

The room was good apart from the TV not facing the bed, so I sat in the bath!! Breakfast was good and location great. I really liked the ethos the best though and the staff were great.

I like it’s a charity organisation - great place to stay, room was great, slept well - staff all friendly and welcoming, great you have free access to gym and pool - breakfast was nice - il be staying again when back in Manchester in Feb

What an amazing stay - the location 5 star - easy to drive in to central location and easy access parking - ideal for aviva studios concert and the Ivy restraint and museums all by foot

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the Industrial Quarter, with easy access to public transport and an on-site car park. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The pool and gym are great facilities, too.
There was nothing we didn't like, but a little more provision for vegan food would be welcome.
