Location is great, parking available, lovely staff, very clean.
It was really hot last night and tgere was no way of cooling the room down. We had to have all the windows open. As our room is over looking the road and it was friday night the noise was loud. So we didnt get much sleep

The room is clean and functional and the location is close to work. The shower is good. Staff are pleasant.
There was a concert right next to the hotel until 10:30 and so there was no chance of me getting any sleep, When the concert goers left, they were just as noisy. The hotel did not warn me this was scheduled for the night I was staying. I had to shut the window on one of the hottest nights of the year with no air conditioning available. I also asked if it would be possible to have vegan biscuits and plant based milk in the room as I can't have the normal milk. Instead, I got nothing, even bourbons are vegan, so could have had those like last time. I had a meeting in the morning at 9am, but the wifi like my last stay, was terrible, and it kept buffering, so I had to use the chat to be able to contribute to the meeting, less than ideal! The TV is mounted crooked on the wall, and there is no mirror on the dressing table, luckily my hairdryer cable is long enough it could reach the door where the mirror was located. I ended up watching a program on my phone rather Than the TV in the end as could not find BBCiplayer or Ch4 catch up etc, only the main Chanels.

It was a brilliant well located hotel, next to The Castlefield Bowl. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The stay was so stress free, I would definitely stay again.

Everyone was super friendly and were so welcoming of our dog too. It was in a great location and felt like a home from home for a couple of days. Also came in handy that we didn’t realise Sounds of the City was on and had a huge vibe!

Location and staff. You can get the free bus from Piccadilly station, surrounding area is nice with a lot to do. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Room wasn't super clean, there was dust, a dusty sock on top of the cabinet and a bit of mold in the bathroom ceiling and wall. Breakfast wasn't great, one of the days the soy milk tasted weird. Fried things seemed to be fried with old oil. Not too much variety for non dairy things for example. Pool is in the fitness center which guests can go to for free, but it's a gym, meaning it's for doing laps, not relaxing, and also you have to go with your stuff, change in the changing rooms, and either shower there or change again to come up to your room to shower. We at least hadn't realised that when booking.
