Always comfortable, great value with the friendliest staff. Probably because it's not part of a corporate chain, the dialogue with the staff is always personal and unscripted. It makes a difference!

Great location around the corner from where we were going to a concert. Walking distance from Arndale shopping centre and close to lots of pubs, restaurants and night life while still being far away enough to be relatively quiet. Staff were friendly and ready to help with great suggestions for what to do

Every staff member we spoke to was impeccable - I'm always happy when I get friendly service, but the team on Friday night/Saturday morning were stellar. Location is brilliant, room was properly clean, aired and totally silent at night with the windows shut.

Location for a concert was fab.
Our room was close to the main a/c unit or pool pump and was noisy throughout the night. However, it was a very hot night and I will still be returning to stay because of the location.

The views were amazing. The court outside of the hotel.. beautiful. Watching people from different demographics coming together and relaxing in the sunshine and enjoying their day was a delight to see.
