Great location. Staff were really nice and helpful. The gym/pool/sauna are great. Canny bar aswell.

Exceptional
We stayed at this hotel for two days with my daughter, and it is in an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, very warm, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is large and practical, and as soon as we entered the room we also found a hairdryer, which was very convenient, especially if you arrive wet.
In the room there was everything needed to prepare hot drinks and coffee. The staff were extremely kind: we arrived in the morning and, since the room was already available, they allowed us to check in immediately.
Unfortunately, on the last night of our stay I had a fever, and at the bar they kindly offered me a hot cappuccino, which was truly appreciated. Breakfast was not included, but next time we will definitely choose it.
It was a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Wonderful
Room was a little dated, but very clean and tidy. Location was perfect for a work event near the hotel.
Bar open until 4am which was a bonus. Very friendly staff especially Denim upon check-in.
Was a bit expensive but I appreciate I booked late. Bathroom was a bit dated.

Wonderful
Very clean Rooms, friendly staff, great central location for everything that I had planned to do.
Some of the food from the Barbican area didn't taste the best. But this could just be me as a preference thing, not the food itself. I also wish there was a plug next to the bed.

Bed was comfortable and very big. Supplied beverages were nice, multiple choices. Staff were friendly. Easy to locate. Room was the perfect size.
Stains on the bedsheets, floor and furniture. Walls seemed a bit dirty. No outlets next to the bed.

The gym is a good size - some upkeep needed with equipment though. Gym staff were helpful and pleasant. Changing rooms are good
They didn’t have bottled water behind the bar. The shower gel/shampoo was the worst quality.. the decor is shabby and the bathroom wasn’t properly clean - air vent clogged with dust and shampoo on the shower wall. The bathroom looked run down and dated. The cooked breakfast was cold

Great loaction in Castlefield, friendly staff and nice breakfast.
Poor access from the car park to hotel, have to climb quite a few steps to reception.

The breakfast and room size were adequate
The mattress and pillows were very soft and uncomfortable. In addition, the swimming pool area closes earlier than officially announced and create change in our plans

Location was great
Breakfast was very poor. Hardly anything left, hot food and pastries. No clean cups so we were given paper cups. Very disappointed considering that was included in our price
