Night host 'lauren' I think was very plesent after arriving from a long drive from Cornwall and late 3am arrivel. Always good to have a warm welcome
Stay hear when I'm in Manchester as great facilities and location is great as accessable and secure Parking too.

Lovely friendly staff. Enjoyed the po pool and spa facilities.
Quite noisy on the Saturday evening, but we were on first floor so probably noise from the bar area.

I liked the location, the staff who we interacted with were friendly, the breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable
We were kept awake for several hours by noisy guests next door. Floor walks were not carried out which would have identified the issue. After 2 hours we had to knock ourselves and then make 2 phone calls to the night reception. After following this up with emails explaining how this spoiled our experience as well as the next day as we were tired, no offer of anything to compensate for this other than a complimentary breakfast.

The staff were absolutely lovely. The coffee was good. Love the work you guys do, with the YMCA and supporting people through their lives. Loved the gym and pool as well. And the 3am curfew!
The wifi didn't reach my room (110) so i had to work downstairs, but i didn't mind as i didn't have any calls to make thankfully. I didn't rate the breakfast or the quiche for lunch all that much, unfortunately, but everything else was wonderful. I know 2 of my colleagues could hear other guests quite easily through the bedroom walls, snoring/speaking, so they didn't get all that good sleep, but maybe because i was on a corner i didn't have that issue.

The spa facilities were a lovely bonus during the stay. The breakfast offered each morning was well cooked and enjoyable. The location is also perfect for anyone with a busy sightseeing schedule.
The room we stayed in listed the bed as a double, but it felt a little on the small side, and the mattress was quite firm. That said, both of these points may simply come down to personal preference.

Room was very big, clean and perfect for 3 people. Shower was big, lovely hot water.
Breakfast was continental with a good variety, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Nothing, prices for a cappuccino were a bit high if I have to say something.

cases are difficult to get from car park to hotel, no drop off, steps are an issue but there was accesability but I was in a hurry

The room, staff and location were very good. It was helpful to have a private car park.
The car park was quite a walk away from the entrance to the hotel, with luggage.

Good hotel. Great leisure center . 10 minute walk to tram line and train station.
Bathroom light and extractor fan wouldn’t turn off so had to listen to that all night . No house keeping .

Room was a little dated, but very clean and tidy. Location was perfect for a work event near the hotel.
Bar open until 4am which was a bonus. Very friendly staff especially Denim upon check-in.
Was a bit expensive but I appreciate I booked late. Bathroom was a bit dated.
