Close to where we needed to be , good breakfast and friendly
Had someone fighting in corridor which wasn't the hotels fault but not ideal , also out room was above the gym and was ridiculously noisy normally this wouldn't matter as don't spend to much time in room however this was booked so hubby could recover from a small op before a follow up appointment the day after and he couldn't sleep at all because of the amount of noise. If I was to stay again would definitely ask not to be near the gym side of the hotel

The staff was friendly and facilities were nice.
The cleaning could be more thorough, stains and dirt under the covers, stained areas under a black light, sheets clearly haven't been washed well prior.

The hotel was right around the corner of the venue and close distance to main roads and city centre. The personal was friendly and helped me to move to a better room.
The breakfast was typical but not to my taste : no sugarfree healthy options. It was a bit noisy

Location very nice. Personnel friendly and helpful. Helping projects in the neighborhood is a big plus.
Bed was creacking first night, was resolved next day. Breakfast was very basic.

Great location , loved the outdoor part overlooking the canal . Room was good size . Food was good.
Lightning in room, whilst the bed and reading lights were good , the overall room lighting was low. A kind of all or little approach.

The room was very clean and had a lovely big bed. View of canal was lovely. Breakfast was exceptional. Pool and sauna great.
There wasn't anything i could fault.
