Wonderful
The hotel is positioned in an excellent location close to bars and good restaurants. We visited the science museum which was conveniently at the end of the road.

Room was comfortable and pretty quiet. Ours had a view across Liverpool road to the Science and Engineering museum. There's plenty to see, and a good choice of food nearby. There's a convenient car-park (with spaces available when we arrived, circa 5pm) -- that's not super cheap, but I suppose that's city stays for you.

No the property but the location and surrounding area was absolutely awful very dirty , bins overflowing and graffiti everywhere also the footpath around the hotel was unsafe with missing slabs and bricks

We couldnt turn off the bathroom light so it was on wasting electricity. We couldnt turn on the mirror lights in the bathroom.

Breakfast was brilliant . Was really surprised at the quality and location of the place. I had an idea it would be a bit ...student hostel .. type service, but was more than pleasantly surprised. Just round the corner from the museum, city centre uo the street and loads of pubs eateries nearby. Attractive location by the waterside . Excellent value and great staff
From the parking area to the reception meant you had to climb the stairs externally . Not much fun with a lot of luggage.
