Central location, helpful and cheerful staff. Large room. Comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee. Clean and tidy. Good value for money.
A bit noisy from outside but to be expected. Bathroom door didn’t close. Nothing major/ it was still a good stay.

Absolutely nothing
The Customer service was terrible. We paid for breakfast and was told there’s no breakfast due to the kitchen being closed for a week for maintenance. I asked for a refund on the breakfast we paid for as there was six of us staying at the hotel but they said no sorry we can’t do that. The room next to us was very noisy all night as they were running through the hallway, slamming doors and banging on the walls which disturbed our stay. No one came to resolve this or ask them to quiet down. We also asked to get our water bottles filled up, however we were told that they weren’t able to and to use the bathroom sink in our rooms to fill up our bottles, which is very unhygienic. And on top of all of that, we had to pay an extra 10 pounds per room, so we could have an early check in, even though the room was ready. We would not recommend this hotel.

Location was great for nearby amenities and easy to find using public transport. Nice and clean room and extremely comfortable beds. Staff were friendly too.

We needed a central and cheap place to stay ahead of a concert night. It was nice enough - bed, shower, WiFi.
Would not stay on a holiday, but it did the job for a cheap place to crash at.
