I have stayed there a few times and it’s always been fairly good value for money. Usually about 50-60 pounds which with no breakfast is what I would expect to pay. But this time, it was over a 100 and when I ran the bath, the water was cold so had to shower and the remote didn’t work. By the time, I discovered this, I was already tired and changed and was a way from reception. It was clean and the staff were friendly

It is Near the station, the staircases look grand and like ‘Titanic’ feels
We can hear the noise from the street at night. Difficult to sleep right away. It was a Saturday night so city was bustling.

Room was clean heating not very warm needs to be a bigger tv only a 32ins tv it was to low down and you can bang your head when charging your phone the tv needs to be another 2feet higher up the wall it is a waste of space to have a big wall
and the tv to be that low down

Absolutely nothing I have emailed about this. The staff were rude and honestly the attitude was disgusting all around purely because of misinformation about age online and on booking .com
Everything including my money being taken from my account and the rude staff at the desk. Booking.com allowed me to book online with the information of the people staying and to then it was “wrong” I didn’t get a chance to speak and got the police threatened because they misunderstood and I kept calm and they raised their voices because of a mistake on their end

We had no light in our room just 2 lamps?the tv on the wall is next to the headboard so it can’t be watched in bed unless you sleep at the bottom of the bed?
