Comfy bed and good amenities. The location was great, right in the middle of town. The luggage storage was good as well.
Very thin walls so could hear the conversation in the room next to me. Shower was a bit small and awkward.

We've reached out to the hotel since our visit to discuss further, the room was dirty, blood on the sheets dirty bathroom with remaining black toe nails, and cigerette buds underneth the plug of the sink. standard of the rooms is very poor, holes in the doors that have been plastered up looks terrible, shower was poor, comfort was very low, the walls are so thin, we heard conversations from next door, above our room and from the hallway, very disrupted sleep.

Staff was friendly and upgraded my room.
Room wasn't the nicest, bathroom taps have mould around them, bed and pillows very uncomfortable. One lamp as the main lighting.

Read mixed reviews on this hotel so wasn't sure what to expect. However from the minute I booked it to the minute we checked out the staff were amazing.
It was a bit noisy as we had a room facing the main street but that part and package of staying in a city centre hotel
