Reduced power supply to room...2 x kettles just tripped electric, hairdryer didnt work, most lamps and lights didnt work
Breakfast was a little pricey at £10 (yates and wetherspoons nearby cheaper)

Nothing, I didn't like anything. Just the location.
I really expected to have nice service but I regret it. I strongly believe I have made a mistake by taking this.
I would give it a -3 stars so that total score becomes zero you remove it's add from Booking.com.
(1) They didn't clean room day not a single time.
(2) I ran out of coffee on 3 day.
(3) They don't even give new towels to room, infact I had to collect it from the receptionist.
(4) I paid extra for a window room, yes there was not technically a window, it was the big logo of their building that has a semi- circular end falls under this room and the height of the window was 8 feet and can not be opened.
Waste of my money. I request REFUND!
