It was good.
I didnt like the thing that there were no curtains the room and the light was coming to the room from the sun for the whole time. There should have some blinds or curtains over the opened part of ventilation in the room so that guests feel easy and adjust the blinds or curtains according to their comfort.

Everything was fantastic. Staff were so friendly, professional and efficient. Could not do enough for you, Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Location is great.

Staff were extremely rude. Paid £40 for a ‘room upgrade’ and breakfast. 2 friends also paid the same, however their room upgrade was worth the money, ours was absolutely awful. No lights in the room, only lamps, shower that looked like it was from the 60’s, dirt everywhere, uncomfortable beds with one rock hard pillow. Was unable to get the shower to work so spoke to somebody at reception, was met with rudeness and impatience as if I was wasting his time. Also questioned why our friends had been given a much nicer room even though we had paid the same, to which we got told it was just ‘tough luck’. Breakfast was awful, juice either came out watery or completely concentrated, thin uncooked bacon and just poor quality in general. All in all, not worth the money whatsoever. Do not stay here!
