Poor
It was near the city
The customer service was bad, the room I booked was no longer available when I arrived at the hotel, the room was dirty and the walls were stained with old coffee or tea stains. Overall a negative experience.

Nothing
Absolutely vile, was covered in mould the whole room stunk of marijuana and the staff were rude upon check in took ages to acknowledge us and then didn’t even give any direction as to where our room was. The fire alarm went off twice through the night, the window wouldn’t shut as their ‘safety’ feature had been broken off and it was full with mould, 1 plug socket in the room and 1 lamp that worked. Phoned down for extra pillows 4 times and never ended up brining them all n all would never go back even tho it is very cheap

The location was probs only positive and how pleasant house keeping was despite being very short staffed they’re over worked and exhausted!
Dirty. Filthy smelly and rotten!!! Holes around windows but window screwed shut. So no access It was red hot in room and there was no air yet I was charged for room with window?? Rang reception to ask if there was a fan that eventually came on 2nd day and was broken. The ceiling is falling down in room 336 and no tv remote the bedding had cigarette burns in and there was crisps stamped into the carpet!! One very small towel for two people and it was dirty Enough is enough we ask for a different room as my work colleagues is 22stone and struggles with lack of fresh air. Hotel manager was very abrupt and rude she firmlyrefused to move rooms she wouldn’t issue a refund for final night half money back which only then gave an option of leaving and booking in another hotel and it costing £90 ! The level of cleanliness is actually appalling and the threat of a serious risk of an infection breaking out environmental health have been informed the place needs closing down!

Disappointing
Arrived to check in only to be told our room wasn't ready and would have to wait 40 minutes for one to become available. The milk in the room was 7 WHOLE MONTHS out of date. The alarm in our room went off 3 times for no apparent reason. It also appeared we were right next to the lift shaft so was very noisy. Also the blind in the room was absolutley useless at blocking out the sun.

Poor
The room was OK
Rubbish and dirty towels left by the lifts for over twenty-four hours despite two complaints and being sexually-propsitioned in the lifts. The hotel's communal areas are dirty, the facilities poor and nothing has been spent on it for years. Its getting dirtier, seedier and less welcoming year by year
