Everything was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable honestly, I’ve never experienced such comfortable beds before. The only small downside was that the room was a bit small; it was a little tight for two people. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel felt luxurious, the location was excellent, overall very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

There was so much mould in our bedroom and in the second room they showed us. We wouldn’t let my son sleep in there. The window was also broken and there was a horrible smell. We had to change hotels terrible experience. Avoid this hotel

The Reception and Restaurant staff were welcoming and very friendly. Food was excellent. Room was clean and cosy, bar area was nice, parking was safe and secure.
The signage on the outside of the hotel was rather obscured and easy to miss on a dark and rainy night. Should have used Google Maps!

There were no toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) in the executive room. Although mentioned in the booking confirmation it was irritating to pay for parking.
