Unfortunately the bathrobe was full of false tan
The bed linen was all ripped on the duvet cover
Paid extra for a balcony room, balcony was not what the pictures show, wish we had kept the original room we had booked

Corridor carpets are so dirty. And laundry bedsheets and towels are on the floor near Lift whole. I won’t be going there again.

Paying for parking, think you’ve got a bargain when in fact you haven’t once you factor the extra cost in, we won’t stay again.

Rooms were relatively clean
WiFi didn’t work as couldn’t check in properly as flight was delayed
Flight was delayed by 90 mins meaning we arrived after 3am so the rooms were released and not ready
Rooms were incredibly dated
Noisy near front of hotel
Kids cot was not safe sleep environment with duvet attached to mattress
Kids cot was dirty
