Lack of responsibility from staff, stifling room temperatures, chaotic hospitality, dirty rooms, expensive meals, chaotic reception, unempowered staff (I'll have to ask my manager...3 times, 3 different "managers", no outcome).

It was convenient and room was comfortable plus easy check in
Very noisy in the room, could hear everything from the next room !! need much better insulation in there. Car park spaces also very tight.

Really convenient location, close to the airport and nearby shops, bars & restaurants. Friendly staff, on site parking that is extremely cheap, free WiFi.
Not enough plug sockets, there were none next to the bed, we had to plug our phones in on the other side of the room. Only a single plug socket at the desk so my wife had to plug her phone in by the room door.

The only good thing about the property was that it is close to the place we had to visit.
Room had a smell of dampness ,bedsheets were stained a bit.On of the pillow seemed like it was not touched after the previous guests were left .The white netted curtain type things had patches of black mould. We were told at the time of leaving that the parking charges were supposed to be paid within 20 minutes of arrival,but at check-in ,we were not told anything about it by the lady who Checked us in. I don’t think paying £111.80 for 1 night is justified for this hotel!
when we queried about why we were not informed about the 20 minute rule.We were told there are boards at the entrance, who has the time to read the board when driving at night into a narrow path to the hotel! We are not entering a car park to the shopping centre where we need to be aware about these rules .As guests of the hotel we should be informed about important information at check in.And when asked what can we do about it now, the staff informed us they can’t do anything, we will get a letter in 2 weeks to pay for the fine and then we can fight our case!
There was a lot of noise coming from adjacent rooms, poor sound control between the rooms .I have never experienced something like this ever , even premier inn is better.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, too expensive for what you get.
