Convenient for where i was meant to be.
Also just a few minutes away from the Airport which is ideally needed and the small shopping area of Handforth also two shopping parks close by xxx

Location, very helpful staff.
Room 118. Very dirty, stained and tired carpet. Furniture very old. No tv remote, only 1 very, very thin pillow on bed. Had to use cushions from chair as extra support. Needs total overhaul.

My room was spacious and comfortable quiet and I could open rhe windows. I liked the tinned grapefruit and mandarin oranges with oats and yogurt. Plenty of tea, croissants and butter and honey. I have an early start and the restaurant was open.
Although there are two mirrors on my wardrobe door . I could not plug in the hair dryer and successfully use the mirrors to blow-dry my hair. I suggest a mirror over the desk ,which would also reflect light and the garden and replace the picture which serves no use.
The buffet breakfast is not helped by the over head heater drying up eggs etc. Very quickly and hardening bacon . There were no crumpets .
The safe in my room needed new batteries before I could open it . The staff were excellent and prompt, but regular matainance would have reduced my panic.

The staff there are amazing; so welcoming and flexible. I hadn't stayed there since 2023 but they remembered me. What customer service! So nice to be back
I remember that, as the weather gets warmer, the upstairs rooms get very warm and you can only cope if you open the windows but, if you're above the outdoor seating area, some smoke can drift up
