room had stains on the wall that looked like blood stains and the quilt was brown and dirty. I slept in the chair all night. usually its an ok stay but not this time.

Clean and comfortable, a great location if you are flying out of Manchester. There are some pleasant restaurants nearby.
Small point but sockets near the bed could be a useful addition.

An attractive hotel with comfortable rooms and a pleasant dining room. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times. The location is great for airport and motorways.
There is a charge for the airport now. The restaurant doesn't offer such a good selection of food now.

Nice location to the airport
Not that we didn’t like the property but the room we were in 101 was noisy. The fan in the bathroom was so loud we did not sleep. We were told the hotel was full so no point asking to be moved

Very pleased with the check in experience especially as the receptionist was so helpful with nothing too much trouble. She explained everything very well. Helped make my short stay a pleasant experience.
Only minor issue I had was that I couldn`t get the coffee machine to work and didn`t have the time given that I had a very early start to inform reception.

The room we were in was very dated in terms of furnishings but having said that, I guess you get what you pay for and at around 90 including breakfast it is very reasonable. The room was clean and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful and my friend and I both thought the breakfast was top notch with a good selection of food (hot and cold) and I appreciated that the veggie sausages were made to order rather than sat out for a few hours. Everything looked fresh and was well cooked and hot.
Location was good for us - we were in town for a gig at Wythenshaw park so that wasn’t too far away
