Wheelchair facilities were good for my husbands mobility scooter there was a ramp.
Clean room and comfortable.
It had been very hot and no air conditioning in rooms, there was however a fan in the room

Easy access, all the staff were really helpful, close to where I needed to be, breakfast lady was lovely unfortunately didn't get her name but she was amazing and also the guy for the evening meals

The location to and from Manchester airport
The facilities. The electric car charging didn’t work, the bedroom was disgusting, marks all up the walls, carpet missing, the cot had holes all over the mesh, the mattress felt like it was caving in the middle.

Loved the breakfast, and having a sports bar. I'll come again.
I just thought the photos presented on Booking.com and their website did not quite match reality. The room was smaller than expected. But the room was also perfectly adequate for my needs.
