The staff were fantastic, friendly and made me feel welcome and if I needed anything they were more than helpful, spotlessly clean everywhere.
Food for the evening meal and breakfast was really good quality and enjoyed both meals. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Room was big enough for what I needed and plenty of storage space. Food and drink prices were reasonable for a hotel.
I understand it is quite an older building however it was a little noisy, the pipes and radiators were making a churning sound all night long, so I did have an interrupted sleep. But that was my only gripe! I did think it was slightly high per night to stay.

Regularly stay here when flying from Manchester airport. Location ideal, staff always lovely, rooms spacious and food is great. The garden in the sun is amazing. Rooms spotless and bathrooms also.

Room was very small and stuffy.
Plus guests are expected to download a the Just Park App to pay for parking - only to receive a parking ticket from UKPC on our arrival back from our trip! Not happy about having to pay for the hotel and now I have to spend an hour proving that I have paid for parking the parking. Guests shouldn’t have to put up with this.

A disappointing stay the night before we flew on holiday.
We had a very early check out and didn’t get a lot of sleep due to continuous guest noise.
We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant.
Room was definitely in need of an update.
We wouldn’t stay again.
On arrival we were advised we had to pay for overnight parking . We weren’t aware we needed to pay a parking charge and subsequently our card was scammed!!!
Our bank contacted us the next day to advise us and stop our card. Money was taken. A great start to our holiday.
We did contact the hotel manager to advise him. He said he would email me but to date I have received nothing.

Room was clean. Staff were helpful, or at least tried to be. Breakfast was good.
To compensate the EV charger not working, the staff at reception waived parking charges and offered free breakfast. Thank you.
1. The EV charger not working despite us calling before hand. This created a logistical issue for us. If we had known, we would not have stayed at this hotel as we needed the charger to travel during our stay and return.
2. Parking charges were high and the amount was not communicated through booking.com and direct correspondences. The parking machine was broken and there was no communication around it to pay for parking through Just Park. This was also not mentioned during check in. It so happened that we read the posting opposite the reception, and escaped a penalty.

Location for airport good
We stayed here Sept’24 but the hotel is now tired, needs a good clean & refurb. We had to switch rooms as sink was dirty !! Staff were very good

Stayed here before great location clean and comfortable.
Booked in December via bookings.com. found on getting to the hotel room was on offer for £50 less for the night. Paid for executive room bathroom was ridiculous so small
