Friendly staff
Room was noisy in terms of road traffic all night. It was unseasonably hot and I tried shutting windows and using provided fan but that was very noisy so I didn't sleep well. I learnt that I should perhaps ask for a room away from the road.

Parking charge, little to no lighting at the side or back part of the car park. Absolutely no aircon room was unbearably hot even with the window open and then you had to live with the children screaming below.

Staff were extremely friendly!!!
Great breakfast, plenty of choice and as much as you wanted.
Perfect for our needs.
We arrived just as a power cut hit the area, staff unfazed and helpful, very professional and welcomed us, very relaxed place.

close to airport
it wasn’t clean , it was absolutely stifling , no air con , bedding and towels smelt stale , dust everywhere. Water burnt me as i washed my hands
