The staff there are amazing; so welcoming and flexible. I hadn't stayed there since 2023 but they remembered me. What customer service! So nice to be back
I remember that, as the weather gets warmer, the upstairs rooms get very warm and you can only cope if you open the windows but, if you're above the outdoor seating area, some smoke can drift up

Staff friendliness. Front desk manager Charlotte was as her usual self,always helpful and friendly.
Bosch coffee machine in the room. Please change to a Nespresso type machine!!

Pleasant staff, the restaurant was good and the room was clean and comfortable. Easy parking and not far from the airport.

Location. Friendly and low stress. Beds comfortable.
Shower knob extremely stiff to turn. Food isn’t great. Breakfast standard and evening food substandard. Tasteless and overcooked burger with one piece of limp lettuce in a tiny bun with no texture. No side salad. The curry looked better. The food was better last time I stayed. You are pretty much captive in this location so if the food improves it would make a big difference to the stay.
