Location
No heating in bathroom and fan very noisy and constantly on.
Bedroom radiator very noisy if on more than setting 2
Food very average.
Breakfast would have been better made to order as hotel was quiet and food had been standing a long time and was cold
I have stayed here many times and it seems to have become very tired and standards are falling

Room was a good size, staff were nice. Bed was comfortable.
They held a Reform party event there the night I stayed. This was incredibly disappointing and divisive and puts me off using Best Western again as their values are clearly very different to my own. The people sat in the bar were extremely unpleasant, making racist comments amongst other things.

Distance to airport
I am genuinely shocked that this hotel has a fairly high rating and decent reviews. It looks decent in the photos online, but reality was a huge disappointment.
The hallways smelled heavily of chlorine and creaked with every step you took. The room was really old and run down, falling apart at the seams. The cleanliness was terrible, dust everywhere and literal green mold on the bathroom floor. The radiators were covered in a thick layer of dust. Beds were uncomfortable.
We thought we at least would get a decent breakfast, but no. Breakfast was really awful with a very poor selection. Bread was stale.

Good location, breakfast ok.
Very cold room. Informed reception and was told that it would warm up once the heating was turned up. It was turned up but still didn't warm up. I paid extra for the superior king room. It was not worth it
