Comfy beds, nice rooms. Good location from airport
Very dirty shower, with hair everywhere. Staff seemed quite confused. Incredibly bad food, undercooked chips

Friendly staff and rooms comfortable.
Bosch coffee machines should be ditched. Often not working and limited capsules. Nessprezzo machines are much more preferable.

No one told us about paying for parking at the hostel .Got issued with an 60 pound fine .Hotel staff need to tell furst that you need to pay for parking . Breakfast was cold as well

Proximity to the airport.
Bar and food available in the hotel at a competitive price
A lot of facilities available in the room - heater, fan, iron, ironing board, hairdryer as well as usual kettle and TV
Single room was quite small, but ok for an overnight stay
Lifts available however still had to negotiate some steps on the different floors which would be an issue for those with mobility difficulties

Location to the airport
A warning about the VERY noisy function directly below our room which was not due to finish till 2400 and noisy neighbours in the alternative room we were given.
Appreciated the option to change room but it was VERY cold and noisy neighbours kept as awake till 2400 anyway

Excellent reception staff. Room was clean and easily warmed.
Bedding included a meagre sized duvet, pillows were of mediocre quality, corridor noise was intrusive due to flimsy room door. The parking system is unnecessarily complex and not obvious that you have to pay extra from the booking site.

Friendly and helpful staff, food tasty and comfortable bar area abd room
Internet didn't reach bedroom, bedroom too warm (even with radiator off) and tadge noisy due to being near lifts
