Stayed here after a late flight into Manchester before a long drive home. Excellent location close to airport and do park and stay packages which are value for money compared to other parking places around.

A pleasant enough stay, short walk to village area, alternative eating opportunities!!!

Breakfast was lovely.
Very clean area, loads of space to sit down and not too compacted.
Breakfast includes a full English style self serve menu
With options of cereal and fruit, coffee, tea, decaf, juice
You also have the option to fill out a form in your room and request for breakfast to be brought to you.
Bed was super comfy and sound sleep
If the coffee wasn't instant coffee and provided options like lattes or cappuccino, the coffee wasn't the best tasting I'd admit.
Overall thought great stay and experience! Would definetly come here again

Checked in and car park credit machine didn’t work. Reported this to reception. They said they could validate from the office. Left in the morning. A week later I get a £100 fine for unpaid parking. Tried 14 times to contact the hotel and left 10 messages. They never contacted me! I supplied the car park company with copies of my booking and a full explanation. Today, they ‘generously’ dropped the fine to £20 + £1.50 admin fee. What a scam!!! I will never use the hotel again.

Good location, lots of parking space, good value for money. Quiet and comfortable accommodation. It features large grounds with lots of greenery and is only a short walk from the centre of Handforth. There is now a charging point for EVs.
Had to change rooms twice on check in as firstly some lights weren't working and then in the second room the electric radiator didn't work. The walk in shower in the refurbished rooms has a perspex partial partition but leaves space for water to spray onto the floor - a complete closure with a sliding/closing door would be better. The room had a safe, which is great, but it was too small to fit my iPad into.

Large room, great for our travel to airport
Having to pay for parking after paying 120 pond gor a room, I dont think guests should have to pay

Disappointing
Location, but that was about it.
The room we had was pokey, dated, not what I expected. It was very noisy, several functions going on. We had to walk through a cloud of smoking guests to enter the building. Not a great first impression to be honest.
