Paying for parking, think you’ve got a bargain when in fact you haven’t once you factor the extra cost in, we won’t stay again.

Rooms were relatively clean
WiFi didn’t work as couldn’t check in properly as flight was delayed
Flight was delayed by 90 mins meaning we arrived after 3am so the rooms were released and not ready

Kids cot was not safe sleep environment with duvet attached to mattress

Location, the room had everything you needed for a stay. Bed linen and towels were very good.

All good but could do with more draught drinks choice

Disappointing
Room was not clean still had bootle tops under table from previous guests room smelt of damp as carpet was soaking from the air conditional unit in room charged for car parking no water in room but glasses made no sense no conditioner
Stayed many times at least 3or4 times a year ar this hotel as you can check but whole feeling has change in this hotel not pleasant at all
