Convenient for what we needed We upgraded and therefore the room was spacious Quality of breakfast was nice although it was cold
In desperate need of a deep clean and replacement furniture/corridor carpets, much of the hotel was looking shabby. Ice quality breakfast although it was cold.

Stayed here after a late flight into Manchester before a long drive home. Excellent location close to airport and do park and stay packages which are value for money compared to other parking places around. Lovely buffet breakfast.

Breakfast was good, fresh fruit would have made it better… Location for airport what we wanted. A pleasant enough stay, short walk to village area, alternative eating opportunities!!!

Breakfast was lovely. Very clean area, loads of space to sit down and not too compacted. Breakfast includes a full English style self serve menu With options of cereal and fruit, coffee, tea, decaf, juice You also have the option to fill out a form in your room and request for breakfast to be brought to you. Bed was super comfy and sound sleep
If the coffee wasn't instant coffee and provided options like lattes or cappuccino, the coffee wasn't the best tasting I'd admit. Overall thought great stay and experience! Would definetly come here again

Checked in and car park credit machine didn’t work. Reported this to reception. They said they could validate from the office. Left in the morning. A week later I get a £100 fine for unpaid parking. Tried 14 times to contact the hotel and left 10 messages. They never contacted me! I supplied the car park company with copies of my booking and a full explanation. Today, they ‘generously’ dropped the fine to £20 + £1.50 admin fee. What a scam!!! I will never use the hotel again.
