Location. Reception/bar area and breakfast.
Room was very subpar. No better than a premier inn room but at double the price. Bathroom had black mould around the bath edge. The room was very basic. Not a 4 star room.

Staff was so helpful a d friendly. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Location is fantastic, in the middle of Chinatown.

Nothing but when we arrived a little short on staff. There was one person doing the checking, answering queries and running the bar.

The location was absolutely perfect for us. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. The room was spacious, airy and the bed was very comfortable.
The only comment I would make was that the coffee wasn’t hot. It was luke warm and drinkable straight away but that won’t spoil the fantastic stay we had

Bus stop right infront of the main entrance.Appeared to be no ramp or luggage access at the front door, so heavy luggage has to be lifted up 3 flights of stairs.

The Alan is in a really good location and is clean and modern.
There was a mix up with our room and staff sorted it out quickly and offered us complimentary drinks at the bar, we were very happy with how they handled it.
