The location of the hotel is ideally placed near restaurants and bars and city centre shops. The warm welcome from staff and the chilled atmosphere the bar and restaurant offers. The rooms are a decent size and have all the facilities needed. I have stayed here 3 times now and would recommend paying for the more upgraded room than the basic one.
The carpet in the room had various stains and the bed sheets were not entirely clean, looked like old stains. The air con is also quite noisy and has no option to have it quiet. Feels like the room needs a refurb.

Was absolutely beautiful, with some hotels they advised poorly and when you get there it looks nothing like it does in the pictures whereas this hotel the pictures were the real deal and it was absolutely amazing the rooms were absolutely beautiful

Really good location with minutes walk to the shopping centres, train station and national express depot. The hotel was good, staff were all friendly and welcoming from all. The room was a great sized room with a kettle. Would definitely recommend.
Personally the bed was too soft. Fire alarm…

It was in a very good location
The floors in the room clearly had not been hovered, there was a lot of hair visible in the bathroom as it had a white floor. Informed staff at reception who said they would deal with it but nothing happened. Very disappointed.
