The breakfast area was quite cold and spread out Sheets on the bed felt extremely clean
Overall this hotel needs updating. We paid for the offer on cocktails only to find out that you couldn’t order cocktails after 11 pm which we weren’t informed about. The outside of the hotel is not clean. The steps need to be cleaned to give it a better overall appearance on entering. To be honest, this isn’t the type of hotel we would stay in again

Great location and very friendly staff.
The breakfast wasn’t great. I’d been really looking for are to it but the bacon was barely cooked, the eggs were hard and not as much choice as I’d hoped. It’s a beautiful hotel, but not actually as comfortable or practical as it could be. The seats in the room were a little uncomfortable and the beautiful table was very heavy, and not near enough to the seating to be able to use to eat or anything.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast choices excellent.
The Alan needs to sort out its entrance. The automatic door is constantly opening and closing, which means that in winter the whole lobby is cold. It would be easy to add a second door, which would solve the problem.

The staff was very helpful. The family room we originally booked was on the side of the street next to the night club and therefore a bit noisy. The staff upgrades us to two separate suites, so we had plenty of space.

The room was very basic, nothing like on website definitely not worth £165. The sheets had mould staines on them.
