The staff member seemed very rude. Friendly with the people before me and seemed very rude. The staff in general did not give a friendly vibe at all.

We asked for a laundry service that was not done… and that really affected our holiday plan
The classic room (cheapest one) is too expensive for what it is. No smart TV (although it was already informed in the reservation), nor very clean, not enough light
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend. I think there are better options for this price.

Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms have old sash windows with an inner panel but poor sound proofing in a busy area. Sockets are not positioned where they are needed in the rooms. Kettle had to sit on the floor to allow it to be plugged in.

Loved this hotel from the moment the hands feee door let us in. We were greeted by friendly staff and the lobby is spacious, clean and welcoming.
Our room was great. Clean and comfortable. The exposed brick, light blocking curtains, reading lights; all nice touches.

Delicious breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my umbrella and they were very happy to lend me one.
The bathroom was a wet room rather than a normal bathroom. Couldn’t get the hot water to work in shower & there was no aircon (at least not that I could find despite the listing mentioning aircon). This was not ideal in the current heatwave! I had to take the duvet out of the duvet cover & use it as a sheet as was too warm for a duvet.
