Stunning room, friendly and helpful staff. We upgraded on arrival for £10 and the room was gorgeous. Fantastic art gallery opposite. Close to china town, canal street and the city centre. Breakfast was delicious.
A little bit of noise from outside but nothing too bad and expected in the city centre.

The location, excellent breakfast, spacious room, nice decoration, bar open until at least 4 am for guests, with decent beer price.
Some mold in the shower and rubber mat. Couldn't manage to make the room colder, was very hot outside and the room was a bit too warm.

Comfortable with all facilities including hairdryer, fridge in room, iron, safe. Reception area and dining space very stylish.
Great staff, when there was no vegan spread for my toast at breakfast they sent a member is staff to a nearby shop to get some for me.
Some wear and tear on furniture in the room, plug sockets in strange places

Location.
The hotel is all fur no knickers. The reception and restaurant look great. But the room way are below expectations. Our first room,had dirty walls, holes in the carpet covered by a dirty rug. Guly exposed and dirty plug sockets and a broken extractor fan in the bed room. The second room (after we complained) was satisfactory except for the bath, the plug wasn’t working and both me and my partner cut our fingers on sharp elements around the plug. This is not a 4 star hotel. Its very substandard. And although the staff look super trendy, the accommodation is not! Its dated and old and filthly.

the breakfast is amazing - great location and staff very helpful and the bar is open late! Loved the interior design of the common spaces. Very close to local transport.
Exiting the lift is the only place that didn't match the high standards everywhere else - a few large plants to soften view across the internal courtyard would help.
