The bar had a private function going on it was loud!! Should of been informed of this prior to stay as I would not of stayed.

Second time we have stayed here. Great location and lovely staff. Good sized room, clean and comfortable.
Also had a breakfast this time. Absolutely on point!!
Shout out to Alex who was working late during our stay. Really lovely chap.
Only issue with this hotel is the bus stop outside the front door. People waiting for the bus sit on the steps and it makes it really difficult to get in or out.

Awful sign at the front of the hotel, very hard to recognise what is says from any distance.
Bland uninspiring reception area.
Small bed.
No sink plug.

The property was lovely, well worth the stay. It was comfy clean and quiet inside
If I was to be picky, there were no charging ports but that’s my only criticism so doesn’t matter really if you take your plug

Nice clean room with good facilities with a good location in Central Manchester next to a tram exchange at St Peter’s.
Set next to other buildings that are derelict. Entrance steps are quite high to navigate. Clearly work is ongoing to refurbish the hotel but that didn’t detract from ambiance.

It was very central for our University Visit.
Access to more discount on the local parking as there was no free parking available
