Lovely entrance and lobby area, welcoming friendly staff. Bathroom was nice, good shower pressure.
Hallways and room were more tired and warn than expected. Multiple carpet and wall marks/stains. Expected a higher quality more comfortable mattress in a 4 star hotel.

Stylist and well maintained hotel. Rooms are stunning.
The staff are not very friendly. Especially those working on breakfast. The process for ordering is unclear. The breakfast / lobby area is very cold.

Customer Service was excellent ..i had a problem with my room when i checked in but the issue was resolved efficiently and quickly
The temp of the shower wasnt easy to regulate...it took a long time to heat up and then wasnt able to turn down when it got too hot

Woken up at 8am on Sunday morning to extremely loud construction sounds. Paid almost £200 and trip was ruined :((

The people are so kind! The beds where nice!
And the whole area is nice to explore!
It could be much cleaner, found a lot of dust.
Please do this better you will see it gives the hotel a much higher rating!
