Excellent location, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is immaculate and I would definitely recommend having it.
There was some misinformation about breakfast times, but the staff was able to sort out the problem.

Location amazing, room was a great size. Didn't need to see staff much but when we did, all lovely

The location is brilliant, and the staff helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated.
The room was cold and it was difficult to work out how to get the heating to work. Difficult for a december stay! The breakfast was also a challenge with the food running out and also wasn't warm when there were things to take from the hot buffet, there was a lack of tables to sit down and lots of people had a wait, and a long wait for the one drinks machine. One machine for 50+ people seems hard to understand. At least one more would have helped reduce the waiting time for each cup of coffee. The hot chocolate didn't work. It was hard to know that you could order directly with staff, as this was not shared by anyone. It did feel more design over function.

It was a lovely hotel. Done up nice for xmas. Really nice chill staff. Lovely urban interior. Wonder what the building was before.. nice comfy bed beautiful room and bathroom. Liked you could let a little air in and easy to hotel heating as hate a hot room
