The location was perfect, great food spots nearby. We paid for parking using the hotel’s discount code and this was 1 minute away front the hotel. Beautiful room and friendly staff.

The hotel and staff are lovely the room was a bit tired but the bed was comfortable shower was nice had an iron and ironing board bottle of water and tea n coffee breakfast was great

Loved the location. Was so central and close to everything you needed. The interior when you first walked in was so modern and beautiful. Comfy bed and shower pressure was great.
The difference between reception and the rooms was slightly strange. The room was extremely cozy and spacious but with such a modernised reception and entrance area, the room felt slightly outdated and more old fashioned. One more thing, the controls for the shower were outside of the shower so if wanting to adjust temp or pressure you’d have to reach round the glass and shower curtain which isn’t too practical.

The staff were amazing and so incredibly friendly from checking in we felt very secure and it’s such a lovely aesthetically pleasing hotel !!

Great location by St Peter's Square, stylish refurbished rooms, welcoming staff, peaceful lobby, and a relaxed 11am checkout.
The initial room was old, dark, and had a filthy bathroom. Managers response was dismissive, initially requesting an upgrade fee to switch rooms despite the cleanliness issue. The hotel’s entrance isn’t disability-friendly due to stairs, and outside noise can disrupt sleep. The WhatsApp service was unreliable—no response after two days when requesting a dental kit.

The interior, comfort, facilities and staff were all fantastic.
The noise, our sleep was disrupted from roadworks that were both late at night and then early in the morning.

Room looked tired compared to last time we booked (on a different floor)
Couldn't plug hairdrier or kettle at plug points by desk as the points were so near the table surface the cabling would not allow it to fit. So had to crawl under TV table to use sockets there.
Hot water in the morning for shower did not come for a long time. Husband abandoned. I had to leave the water running for a very long time. When hot wtaer came, was imtermittent .
