Excellent location, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is immaculate and I would definitely recommend having it.
There was some misinformation about breakfast times, but the staff was able to sort out the problem.

The room was clean and spacious. We were given a top floor room so we had nice views and it was quiet. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. You can order some al a carte choices, as part of breakfast. Hotel messaged to confirm on my request for a cot. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Stylish hotel in the center of town.

Location was great
The staff were not helpful they would not help us carry our luggage up to the room or down or up the stairs. Even when we ask them to do so.
The room is noisy. You could hear either the people next to your room or on the street.

No remote control for tv in room. No parking and driving after dropping bags satnav took us through restricted zone where we got a ticket.

The reception is nicely decorated and the staff were friendlly too.
1. The bed had stains on them - looked like old blood stains.
2. No batteries in the TV remote.
3. 3 of the plugs in the room didn't work
4. The bathroom didnt have any sinks in.
5. Room massively doesnt fit in with the reception - awful furniture and decoration in the room absolutely NOT worth the money

I had a room that if you opened the curtains was just facing directly into a full office 10 yards across from my room... felt like I was an exhibit so I decided to shut the curtains vs being stared at. The room itself however is VERY dark with only warm lighting so it wasn't good for working in. Also the shower looks a lot nicer on their promotional material.

The finishes and fixtures are beautiful. The main lobby is stunning and completely original.
Rooms are a great size!
Cot was too small for my toddler so maybe consideration for small toddler beds/fold outs for those with kids

Location
Disappointed we weren’t able to have a restful stay due to the facilities. The place was very warm and whilst the air con worked on the highest setting it dripped down on to me in bed and we were kept awake with the sound of dripping in the pipes
