Comfortable, decor, location.
No real reception desk so when I arrived, there was an odd wait in the lobby. Eventually had to ask the chef in the kitchen to ask for reception staff. I appreciate it was late in the evening 20:00

The warm welcome from staff, the bar and eating area, relaxed and not noisy. The rooms and amenities and the comfortable beds. The location is perfect and very close to Chinatown, other restaurants and shops.
The check in can be slow at times and the link to check in online doesn't always work.

I liked the modern industrial look. The breakfast was lovely but it got really busy and the seating was a bit on top of one another
It was too hot in the hotel and couldn’t control the temperature. The bathtub/shower area had black mould in the grout and the shower curtain also had a build up of dirt
