Wonderful
The hotel is perfectly located in the centre and close to public transport and attractions you can walk to. The building itself is beautiful and the best is the lobby area and restaurant which is impressive and modern. Our quadruple room was spacious enough for 4 and so was the bathroom. Very well equipped room with Minibar, hairdryer, iron/ board, tea making facilities, extra pillows etc . Breakfast buffet and breakfast menu was great although we had to call the staff to place the order. Nice presentation of breakfast from the menu and good quality food.
Room was prepared for 2 although we were 4 and I had to ask for more towels and glasses. There should be more spare toilet paper for 4 guests as well. There was a "plant or extractor" noise going on and off which you could hear through the window, but in general there was no noise to be heard from the corridors . There's only a bed side table on one side of the bed and a small shelf on the other side could have been convenient for the person sleeping on the other side to leave his / her things.
Staff doesn't go round regularly enough to clear tables or ensure the customer has enough cutlery on the table. The access to the downstairs toilet is not very nice and clear.

Very Good
First night I stayed on the 3rd floor- really nice rooms (much nicer than the 5th and 6th floor btw)
Staff were amazing! really warm welcome, we were really looked after one night by three staff members in particular- Tracy, Tayo and Arthur. Next level service.
We also loved this coworking concept you developed in the bar/cafe. I spent time there in the day catching up on emails and the atmosphere was really lovely, productive. Good concept all around.
The room was a bit unfortunate. The reception staff, Arthur did his best to update our room. We were disappointed that they were so different in quality. I recommend updating these to match the 3rd floor.

Can't fault this. Really friendly, nice big room in a central location with a really comfortable bed. Love the shower too- like a nice hot power shower.
Superb- thank you.
It's all great!

Pleasant
The downstairs foyer looked lovely. Staff were nice enough. Bed comforter was a bit grubby.
The rooms were pretty noisy - I could hear my neighbours in their room. Toilet not very modern.

Disappointing
Well located and the bed was comfortable. That said not much more to add really.
The open plan bathroom is intrusive. I was alone but in effect showering adjacent to the bed is not what I like. No screening if for example one was sharing. No place to sit and work in the room. A single chair to heavy to move to a counter running alongside the bed and inaccessible. The room seems to be a designers flight of fancy but totally impractical and actually not at all pleasant. Would never stay again nor recommend.
