Perfect location, close to the city centre. Clean rooms and great service.
The decor could be updated a little. The more premium rooms could come with a robe, slippers etc.

Our stay was top notch from start to finish, we were greeted by Jess on reception, who was polite and professional and got us checked in a bit earlier which was really appreciated.
The room was bright, clean and comfortable. A good size with a larger than average bathroom and plenty of little extras and a super comfy bed and pillows.
On check in Jess asked us if we would like to add breakfast on to our stay, whilst I was thinking about it her colleague also working reception told us it is a good breakfast so we went for it. We were absolutely not disappointed, lots of options for breakfast and even though not on the menu they were happy to provide me Eggs Royale, poached eggs cooked perfectly.
The coffee machine seemed to be having some issues, but it was no trouble for Jess who was there again at breakfast time, who popped off and came back first with a perfectly made mocha and then again with an Americano that I requested later.
I loved the open plan kitchen in the breakfast area and being able to see the happy, professional kitchen team preparing my food!
The only tiny complaint I can come up with at all for the whole stay, was that my friend asked for hollandaise on the side and it came as normal, but it really wasn't an issue considering how happy we've been with our stay anyway

Nice inside and the staff were good, other than that an extremely disappointing stay.
Our walk in shower flooded our room and the toilet, like a sea of water not just a puddle. A member of staff mentioned a 50% refund during checking out but we were only offered the £40 upgrade fee to the suite.

Really central and only a 10 minute walk from the main centre! Our room was really clean and the hotel had a chill vibe about it which was relaxing.
Only negative was our room was boiling hot, we tried to lower the aircon but it wouldn't go any lower than the set setting. Other than this there was no issues at all.
