Great location, hotel very clean and welcoming
Sink in the bathroom was cracked in multiple places, grouting was peeling, in the main room the furniture was chipped and stained and the carpet was worn. For the price I would expect more updated facilities.

Lovely hotel, really smart and the room was huge! The staff were really welcoming and friendly, the bar area is really nice and modern. The bed was especially comfortable, shame to check out!
The only downside was the temperature of the room (quite hot!) which couldn't adjust - other than that, all perfect!

Great location in city centre. Lovely, welcoming, and helpful staff. Check-in was swift and was given my room earlier once i arrived. The room itself was lovely, spacious, and well lit. Loved the bed. Large and comfy bathroom.
Was missing a power socket near the bed.
Other than that, the room was perfect.

It was gorgeous the room was bigger than expected but we couldn’t find it at first as the sign on the building isn’t very big but it was really easy to get around from the hotel
There wasn’t a plug in the bathroom so I couldn’t blow dry my hair in the beautiful mirror in the bathroom but I’m also just a drama queen other than that it was fab but do bring your own hairdryer !

Stylish looking hotel & room, good location and excellent standard of cleanliness. Friendly check-in.
Not notified that the kitchen was closed prior to checking in, yet contacted to offer paid for upgrades. One member of staff explained that the kitchen was closed as several chefs had walked out, yet didn't apologise for any inconvenience. Only given one room card, then locked on the stairs and unable to get back onto our floor. Was only visiting reception as they weren't answering calls and didn't reply to a WhatsApp message. No apology again from same member of staff.
