In a good location, nice clean rooms, comfy beds, staff very friendly and helpful, plus my son was doing the half marathon so they let us have a late check out so he could get a shower, close to where the marathon started too so all good
We were on the top floor level 6 the air con didn’t work so room was very hot on a night time, so didn’t sleep very well kept going to the window to cool off, the fridge didn’t work either, we told them before we left so they could sort it out for the next people staying

Good location, clean and adequate for our requirements.
One couple in our party had a room facing onto Princess St and got woken up very early by the Great Run organisation. They did have the window open because the aircon was not cooling down the room very well. The other room at the back of the hotel was fine noise wise.

Location is great, breakfast very good and the final room was spot on!
First room was not good, stained carpet and bed, bathroom in need of TLC. The second room the shower didn’t drain and as shower in the actual room there was water everywhere. That said the staff managed well and we were happy with the third room.

Location was perfect. Staff was very good and approachable.
Room was clean
Air conditioner was not always working, especially as weather was warm. But not a big issue for me, but may affect others.
Location is great, but it is also a busy area, so alot of noise at night, it was the weekend, so again not a big issue for me, but others might not feel the same

The location was perfect, staff were lovely. The reception and restaurant were really nice and modern.

Amazing location just right near Chinatown and the art gallery. The signature suite was a beautiful room with a nice view of the city - very clean and really huge comfortable bed, lovely touches with robes and slippers. The lobby had a nice vibe and the decor was stylish throughout.
I didn't mind so much, but we were woken by the air conditioning unit gushing water and clunking in the night, and the temperature on the shower took a while to get right but got there in the end. The breakfast is to order, I ordered avocado on toast and I asked for extra vegan sausages, but these were the kind made from vegetables and rice and the toast was one small slice. It doesn't cost much these days to buy better quality meat alternatives - I felt like I was back in the 90's. It would have been better to allow customer to choose from hot food, rather than order then at least I can't blame someone else for what's on my plate!

Location was good, and the initial look of the hotel is very appealing.
Upon closer inspection the rooms were dirty. Things such as toilet roll holder and shower head holders were defective. Walls were very thin, can hear every neighbour around and above you and their slightest movements. Had an issue with a noisy upstairs neighbour that was occurring from around 10pm until we were finally offered to move rooms at 12:45am. Was told all that could be done is stand outside the room above and wait to hear any noise then tell them to keep it down.
