Nice and modern. Clean and comfortable Great location. Nice bar the free breakfast was a great bonus!
The room was quite warm and stuffy. The pedestal fan was appreciated but overall it didn't improve the temperature too much

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kayleigh served us breakfast in the morning, and she was very friendly. Location was great. Breakfast was good too.

Wonderful
Bed very comfortable. Very clean and staff kind and friendly. Our flight was not until the evening and management allowed us to leave our bags all afternoon after checking out, which allowed us to visit the city centre unencumbered. Great location for the AO arena, shopping, and Victoria train station.

Nice hotel in a a nice area. Really easy access to the centrum and to the train station. I loved the pub downstairs, with a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Breakfast was great, it was nice that you could choose from various different dishes that were served to table for you.
Soundproofing was the only negative thing. You could hear everything from the other rooms, especially "challenging" if you happen to have an "active" couple next door :D There were ear plugs in the room though which was nice.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The Australian barmaid was very nice and helpful
There was a very noisy cooler or boiler just outside my window that eventually shut off after 10pm but came back on at 8am. I could hear music and voices from the bar below well after 11pm. No food served after 7pm

Barely enough room for the bed. We're relatively short and slight in stature, hard to squeeze by to get to the bathroom.

Room was just like the picture - spacious enough, clean and well maintained. Everything worked properly. Comfy bed, soft towels....
Really close to city center - perfectly walkable distance.
As said previously, the entrance to the hotel and the check-in / out is made at the bar, on the ground floor. That was not a problem for me but it might get busy, deppending on your check-in time. However, if you're a soft sleeper you might have some troubles with the noise downstairs. Shades do not completely block out the sunlight.

It was decent value, the location was OK, short 10 min walk to shops. The room was OK, bed comfy and nice shower and expected quality given the cost. Breaky was decent and a la carte, we are dinner invece which was nice and excellent value. Staff were friendly and attentive.
It is above a pub and on a busy road, so there is a lot of noise from drinkers quite late at night, which I had read some comments, so expected. Floor in the room was a little uneven in spots or holes under floorboards and slight mouldy smell in bathroom. Most of the better sights in Manchester were about 30 min walk away, so I’d probably choose a different area next time
