Very laud in Saturday, a bit dusty and breakfast very average. Coffee terrible. (Needs proper coffee at least at breakfast )

The room was clean and comfortable.
We waited 1 hour & 10 mins for our breakfast and when it arrived it was cold. I had to ask a member of staff how much longer it was going to be and could see breakfasts coming out for other people who had ordered after us. We didn't get an apology for the lateness and there was no offer of recompense.

The room was clean, refurbished and the bed was very confortable. Rainfall shower was excellent.
Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was both well cooked and plentiful.

Friendly staff, very convenient for rail stations, quiet, great value with cooked breakfast included
Just the fact that windows were frosted so we couldn't see out. The view was probably not great, but I like to see outside.
