Great proximity to the centre of Manchester, the local Q park with the additional 20% discount and the fabulous breakfast.
Room wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked, lots of dust, particularly in bathroom. Plus very noisy doors when guests came back on the evening. Was woken a few times during the night.

Great breakfast, room was recently renovated and very spacious for solo traveler. Lots of daylight/windows. While the rooms are directly above the ground level pub that does play music/host activities every evening, I never had an issue with the noise keeping me awake when I needed to sleep. They provide earplugs but I didn't need to use them. Never heard any noise from adjacent rooms. Pub bar staff assist with check in and are very friendly and helpful.
Sink and shower drain were slow to drain and the toilet flush buttons would get a bit stuck when used.

Bed was super comfortable great location for seeing majority of the city. Spacious room which was very clean and lovely big shower. Breakfast was also very nice
There wasnt a fridge in the room not personally a big deal for me. The room is above a pub so can hear the music from downstairs but it was always turned off by 11:30/12 so again was fine

This was booked for my daughter and I by my husband Chris ...and I have to write the review. From the moment we entered we were blown away, Ed and the lovely lady who were in there when we arrived looked after us,they were attentive, pleasant and respectful.
Thr place was clean, the food good value for money, breakfast was included and was great, the room was comfortable . The location was ideal and we were able to walk into the city centre. We would return here next time we are staying in Manchester.
Good job by everyone involved.

The hotel was a 15-minute walk from Piccadilly station, and a 10-minute walk from the major shopping district. The room was small yet quiet, very clean and comfortable. The room has a good-sized ensuite with a great shower. A pedestal fan was also available in the room to fight the current heat wave in the UK. Good value for money for budget travellers who want a luxury room. Breakfast was really good. The staff were courteous. They even kept our bags in the office after we checked out, as our train was in the evening. Safety and security of the room were well taken care of.
The property is ground-plus-one without an elevator, so if you are unable to carry your luggage up the stairs, don't choose this hotel. The bed was comfortable, but there was very little room for large luggage. I will not recommend this room to travellers with large luggage pieces. We had only backpacks and a trolley bag with us, so we were quite comfortable.

Great location for Victoria station, O2 arena and central shopping & restaurants.
The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. We found all of the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. There is a lovely choice for breakfast and it is beautifully cooked.
