the staff that we met were lovely and friendly and most accommodating the room was lovely and clean also
major issues with the two breakfasts that we were served to the point where food was sent back as inedible we brought this to the attention of the staff as a result they refunded us for the meals fair play to them

Lovely bar downstairs (espresso martini for the win)
The staff couldn't do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home.
The breakfast was freshly cooked, and very nice.
The room was incredible and clean. Comfy bed. Power shower.
I have nothing bad to say.
I didn't get the name of the girl who checked us in... But thank you. We celebrated our anniversary and you made it so special.
Will defo book here again.

Breakfast was excellent, room clean and tidy. Location is brilliant for Victoria station. Bar staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast took a little while (worth the wait). The room uses a plug in air freshener which can be a little strong.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good location for our event at the Cathedral. Breakfast was nice, kitchen able to accommodate by altering what was on the menu to accommodate my allergies.
Unfortunately no lift, but they changed our room to the first floor so we didn’t have to walk up to the second floor. We are OAP’s.

The bed was very comfortable, and the TV offered a great selection of channels. Coffee, coffee creamer, and biscuits were also provided for us to enjoy.
The hotel requested a £60 deposit upon arrival, however, instead of a cash deposit, card details were taken in case of any damages. The hotel is located above a very lively pub. We stayed on a Sunday, and while it was quite noisy at some moments and very noise during others at the evening due to the number of people, it was quiet at night.

Staff were amazing . Friendly and helpful . Other hospitaity buisnesses could take a leaf out of their book.
Food was tasty and great value and the bar area had a lovely atmosphere.
Bedroom was so comfortable with everything you would need . Warm bright rooms.
The situation of hotel is perfect for shopping or traveling.
A small thing but there was no lifts . We were on top floor.
