Location was excellent. Price was amazing for a city centre hotel. Room was spotless with a very comfortable bed, fantastic shower, tea making facilities, and looked newly decorated. Had breakfast both days as part of my room rate, and took advantage of the buy one get one free burgers and cocktail deals. Lovely espresso martinis. Great playlist in the bar.
Breakfast could do with more vegan/dairy free choices. All staff need to explain the choices better for the breakfast. Didn’t realise there was a choice of ways eggs could be cooked. Some patrons seemed to be given more information. You definitely need to invest in better tasting coffee machine. The sachets of Nescafé taste better

Very Good
Extremely helpful staff even when I needed to ask them for help on a handful of occasions and was coming in pretty late after spending the evening out, shockingly good breakfast for it being complementary as well.
While the windows had shutters, the blinds themselves seemed broken. Thankfully the shutters where high enough quality that the room was dark enough, but was a minor inconvenience

Staff are friendly and you’re so close to the centre!
Clean and comfortable
Breakfast was spot on! I had Pancakes and Bacon
They didn’t have a chef on the night I stayed so no room service and the menu looked yummy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the Manager and all the staff made us feel most welcome. We liked the central location too.

It was clean and tidy
There wasn't much space. Walking around the bed to the bathroom had me having to shuffle to the side so as to not bang into the TV. Also there is a motion light in the bathroom, so going to the toilet at night, it comes on so bright that it woke my boyfriend up. Didn't find any switches to turn this off. Breakfast looked nice but the sausages were a bit burnt and I couldn't cut them.

The location is excellent and the staff is super nice. Room was clean, nice matress and pillows.
The shutters are not total-blackout, and there were streetlights and signs right outside the windows, so there was quite a bit of light. Also there was no filter cofee or espresso at breakfast, but that is really minor.

Everything was very close. The main street, the railways station, shops, bars. It was amazing and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice.
The cleanliness of the room, there was dust in the bathroom and less chemical product to smell good. Because we breathe that, so on a hand it smells good. But on the other hand it's very chemical and uncomfortable. Maybe choose something more natural :)
