Good location close to the AO, breakfast was excellent. Not loud considering it was above a pub.
Although the rooms were very nice the entrance from the pub up to them is dated.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, with a high and comfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice, modern with a large shower.

Nice room, convenient for what we needed. Very clean nicely decorated.
Quite noisy on the road and also the doors slamming constantly from other rooms.
There was one menu for breakfast for hotel guests (more limited choice) and then a menu for paying guests not staying which was a bit annoying.
