The location of the hotel/pub is fantastic. Quiet enough but walking distance to everywhere within the city centre. Breakfast was good and staff were lovely/helpful. The pub is really nice as well!
It was a little loud on Saturday night - couldn’t join in the party downstairs as it was too busy! Earplugs provided however which was a nice touch from the hotel. We managed to sleep well with these. Once the pub closed the noise from the music stopped.

It was like a prison cell ! There was no kettle , tea ☕️ or coffee the tv , you had to sign into your Netflix account absolutely came out of the ark , room not warm , bed uncomfortable , when my husband went down for tea and coffee they said it's a basic room
! When I complained the day after they said they had a tray with facilities on , we just had to ask ! Complete lie ! Never in my life will I stay again ! Wouldn't have stayed but would have had to find somewhere else to stay

Location very good .very friendly and excellent value
Our bedroom was very tight fitting to the wall ,had to climb over each other for bathroom. But not a problem.

Lovely Hotel, nice modern rooms with lovely shower. in a good location, great bar with a nice atmosphere, and excellent food..friendly helpful staff.

The room was clean. Small but it worked. Strong smell of kitchen below plus pub quiz in the evening when trying to rest and go to sleep.
Breakfast was actually impressive given rhe price. Overall great value for money, but not for a work related trip. For football, it would have been perfect.

The staff are absolutely brilliant in here. Kayleigh and Abbie always offer super service, remember me from previous visits and even remember what I drink. The welcome is always warm, the rooms are clean and comfortable and if you go on a weeknight there is always something going on - darts, pool, quiz night or football on the television.

On a night when the Brits inflated all hotel prices in Manchester this was a fine spot to stay. Clean, comfortable, good temperature, good location
Breakfast coffee was instant. Breakfast food was far from instant but very good when it finally arrived
