The breakfast was ok. Change the vegetarian sausages to Quorn because most vegans and vegetarians don’t like vegetables in a sausage and the ones on offer where like a chop suey! The standard English breakfast was “ok” sausages where chipolata type, change to a standard catering sausage 8’s …honestly it will cost you less and bring up the satisfaction.
The staff where excellent chatty …pleasant and deserve the credit I’m pitching here.
Maybe the fact that the young girl left to work a night shift on her own allowing guests in and out needs to be addressed.
She was polite and professional but as I am of the opinion city’s can be challenging and she was on her own. I left my number with her when I went to our room in case there was any issues with guests as she was on her own…something to think on … I wouldn’t like my daughter in that position alone!!

Great place to stay, lovely comfortable spotlessly clean rooms. Staff were all very friendly and provided a first class service. Great location as well. The perfect full English breakfast was very nice.

The bed was comfy and the sheets were lovely clean and fresh and the room although sparse was very clean
I didn’t appreciate the rather unfriendly welcome , we were told food would be half an hour , no mention of taking our order so after half an hour we asked ! Food was very average we had toasties which were fairly tasty , but a sprinkle of salad would have made a big difference . We were pointed in the direction of our room , the bottom of the stairs smells of sewage , which should be addressed ! The room was nice , but the tv didn’t work and the bathroom door was too big to even shut ! Breakfast was shocking staff very unhelpful and sausages were cheap !

Location perfect for the Arena, after hours you have access to the pub and you can have a drink etc, rooms super good quality very recently refurbished with good bathroom and shower, Netflix tv etc, can't fault,
The only reason I am not giving 10 is the Breakfast, We were advised there is a continental breakfast included, from 8am, we was leaving at 8 at the very latest! so asked the reception if we could have as a take away, and that was agreed. When we checked out at 8am they said they had no continental breakfast? they could make an English Breakfast and we could pay for it, (but we simply did not have time) hence requesting a simple take away in a brown bag even if a Pastry and an orange juice, We then had a 3 hour drive and because of traffic did not get a chance to stop for even a drive through breakfast as tight for time! If I had been told the night before I would have left earlier and then taken a drive through.

The room was exactly as described. Great modern bathroom and a comfy bed.
Breakfast was included in the room rate. This was cooked and decent quality.
Location was great, just around the back of Harvey Nichols.
Best place to park is Q Park, just a five minute walk and you get a discount voucher upon checkout.
The bar is open 24hours. This wasn't a problem, just something to be aware of. Our room was on the first floor so you can hear the general bar noise and the busy road outside. I wore ear plugs and slept well.
Bathroom light is on a sensor, so when you go in the night, it's full on brightness!

Everything about this little gem of a place is amazing.
Location was brilliant, 5mins to/from Manchester Victoria Station.
Very pleasant welcome - checked in flawlessly - it is a lovely bar/restaurant on the ground level. Got shown to our room which was so quirky and modern. Plus full english/continental breakfast the following morning all included.
ALL of the staff were lovely and welcoming and couldnt do enough for you. We will definitely be visiting again im sure xx

felt really safe, room was so lovely and modern, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming and perfect location for the AO arena!
the breakfast was underwhelming and wasn’t much so we did go out to find food however the room was still worth the price we paid, i don’t feel like we overpaid for the breakfast

The room was modern bright and clean, great shower. only a few minutes walk from the arena which was ideal.
Sadly there was no chef so meals weren’t available, this was quite disappointing as we had planned to eat there before going to the arena, had I been aware of this beforehand I’d have cancelled the booking. The hotel should have notified us before we arrived, booking.com stated that meals were available, a bit naughty and misleading. The room was right on a busy road junction which was noisy at night but this has to be expected staying in city centre I guess.

Renovated to a high standard the manchester themed rooms were spotless but quirky. Bed was super comfy and the place was spotless. We arrived early and were pointed to a cheap car park really close by. Breakfast next day was lovely too- plenty of choice and staff were helpful. Location was ideal- cheap carpark on the doorstep and short pleasant walk to pubs/ shops.
Rooms were really small and the view was a wall- wouldnt have minded any of that at all tho. At 1am the group of youngsters that had been put in the room next to us arrived back and we were very quickly woken up with their screaming and shouting, banging doors, running up and down the corridors from room to room- it was ridiculous! We gave them 2 hours and at 3 when they still hadnt quietened got up and dressed and went downstairs to complain as there was no phone in the room do only way to contact. The man behind the bar was nice but said he couldnt move us as all rooms were occupied (so we weren't the only ones having to endure this racket!! He was also in the building on his own so his "hands were tied" but said i could ask the manager for a refund when they were in in the morning. When i explained I couldn't put up with it u til morning he came up and spoke to them (which I was grateful for especially as this meant leaving the bar downstairs unattended!) He had also said they'd recently been granted a 24 hour licence so i suggested a solution could be to explain to these groups of youngsters that they can sit and drink and carry on downstairs but the rooms were for sleeping. Anyway they did take notice to an extent as the running between rooms and door slamming soon stopped- for the next hour and a half I'd to lie n listen to one of them be sick- and get upset because she was being sick- and her friend try to console her. Just after 4:30 things quitened down and we managed to sleep but were absolutely knackered for the drive home the following day as a result!
