Poor
The staff member was friendly and helpful
I didn't realize how loud the room would be (the Manchester suite). Fine if going for a night out to be fair but I should of researched better as I was staying for work.
I had a poor night sleep, the room smelt, was not very clean and was not quiet. I ended up booking another hotel in a busier area but was much quieter and cleaner. I lost out on the cost of the hotel.

Disappointing
Staff were friendly, room was appropriately sized, clean, had the relevant amenities.
Being placed in a room right next to where the road is being worked on (tarmac) until 3am. I get this is kind of outside of the hotels control BUT don't put people in a room right next to construction.
Breakfast was kinda meh. Not hot, mostly flavourless. Not worth it. Had tried the small plates and they were mostly the same.

Pleasant
Room nice and clean, staff friendly and food in the pub was nice.
Stayed in the quality street room, it’s small and you can’t walk around the bed, the shower was broke, stuck on the maximum heat. The bathroom door doesn’t work, the mirror was loose, the toilet seat was loose. Couldn’t shut the front door without slamming it. The chair for the dressing table was missing and the fan caging was broken.

Wonderful
Loved the hotel and that our room was a remodel
Really just not having an elevator. Someone did carry out luggage up but we left early in the morning so they weren't available to bring them down.

Great place, very cosy, excelent breakfast. The room was perfect and we rested very well. I'll come back to that place because they have also good deals for lunch-dinner.

Breakfast was excellent and location was amazing.
Can’t think of anything. I mean it’s above a bar but we knew that.

Good
Good location, clean room
I was initially given a room with matt, no visibility windows that could not be opened. It was not the room I had booked and I could change it only the next day.
Breakfast was bad, in one morning could not be served on time due to some technical problems

Wonderful
The staff was friendly and helpful (helped me with bags up to the room). The pub downstairs was fabulous. Breakfast was generous and even had some unexpected options. Location was perfect, close to city center and public transportation (about 10-15 minute walk to many places I planned to visit), yet also relatively quiet. Also appreciated 24-hour front desk attendant.
The coffee options weren't fabulous and could've used a blow dryer and body lotion. Also, desk was a bit tight.

Bed very comfortable. Very clean and staff kind and friendly. Our flight was not until the evening and management allowed us to leave our bags all afternoon after checking out, which allowed us to visit the city centre unencumbered. Great location for the AO arena, shopping, and Victoria train station.

Pleasant
The room was newly furnished, comfortable bed, good size, tea and coffee making facilities, nice decoration, bathroom is newly fitted, the hotel has central location, walking distance the main bus lines and all landmarks of Manchester city centre, The breakfast was good for the price, but it had fixed plates that you choose from. Clothes ironing facilities available.
The place has a very busy bar at the ground level, with a live DJ on weekends, very noisy, especially on weekends. You have to walk to the rooms via the pub; there is no soundproofing in the rooms, and I could hear all the sounds from the other rooms and the pub. Other residents were laughing and watching TV loudly at late times of the day and in the middle of the night. Earplugs were provided to help with that. The view of the room was awful, with the window looking out at the A/C units. The sink was blocked with dirt on arrival, and staff tried to help on the day, but it was fully fixed the next day.

Very Good
Excellent location with all amenities within 5 minutes walk, staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating, the room was small but adequate and clean, food and drink options, as the venue says 24 hours, although personally I did not use this option, I have stayed many times in Manchester and my stay here was very good value,
If you value sleep, peace and quiet then you have to realize that with lots of other venues in the city centre, obviously the city offers options for late night activities and people do return late in the night, early morning, in a state of inebriation, this though is not necessarily the responsibility of the hotel,

Very Poor
The room was pretty ok
The hotel had no wife , they said Wi-Fi is not working so we stayed without Wi-Fi and as a tourist it’s so difficult to get to places and plan things , they had no back as well .also they were super strict on there checkout timing as 10:30 not even I hour they gave as exceptions, as I had my check inn very late which was by 9:pm one of the worst experiences
