Room nice and clean, staff friendly and food in the pub was nice.
Stayed in the quality street room, it’s small and you can’t walk around the bed, the shower was broke, stuck on the maximum heat. The bathroom door doesn’t work, the mirror was loose, the toilet seat was loose. Couldn’t shut the front door without slamming it. The chair for the dressing table was missing and the fan caging was broken.

Loved the hotel and that our room was a remodel
Really just not having an elevator. Someone did carry out luggage up but we left early in the morning so they weren't available to bring them down.

Only a small thing. I think the room would benefit from a chair to sit on. My husband being elderly found it difficult to sit on the bed. A chair would have been great.

The welcoming reception by Kayleigh, Abbey, and Manager Josh. All so kind and friendly.
Being a solo female visitor, they really looked after me.
I was even upgraded from a single room to a double, as a room had been cancelled.
My breakfast of avocado and eggs is worthy of 5* review, as are the staff and locals. A special thanks to Dave, Chris, and Anthony, regulars who had a chat and made me feel welcome.
The afternoon meal I ordered, which was a burger and fries. It was just grease in a bun.
I chose beef, thinking it would 100%.
I did not complain at the time, as I had to leave in a taxi to get to event.
I did mention to Abbie about the awful meal the next morning. She made apologises. The breakfast was perfect

Great place, very cosy, excelent breakfast. The room was perfect and we rested very well. I'll come back to that place because they have also good deals for lunch-dinner.
