The location is perfect for the AO arena and also for the central shops. We will definitely be staying again.
Unfortunately the food was not available due to chef illness, so we didn?t get to try it. However the menu looks very good and we eagerly anticipate trying on our return.

Location to the arena and central Manchester is perfect. A nice pub with good food and drink
Ridiculous to ask for card details to cover breakages when everything has been supplied when booking. Took far too long to check in. The sound proofing between my room, Sankey Soap, and next door, Barca was none existent. Could hear every word

1) I like the location-small walk to the city centre & great connection with trams, buses etc if youd like to travel further down the city.
2) Very good breakfast (full traditional English breakfast or vegan)- small disadvantage is a served Nescaf instant coffee (it would be great to have a normal grounded coffee served)
3) Nice and helpful staff.
4) Modern room.
1) The quiz in a pub on Sunday eveningthere is no information in the add upon booking about quiz taking a place in downstairs pub from 7pm til about 10/10.30ish I believe. It wouldnt be a problem as dont get me wrong its a great idea to take a part in something like this but if you dont spend this time in a pub or outside its not a great idea to stay in the room. It gets very loud. Our room was on 1st floor and it was really really loud, we could hear the mic,music and people

Lovely clean warm room with comfy bed. Smart TV with netflix and YouTube. Very good value. Location near to Manchester Victoria station and near the city centre. There was a small mix up with our check out time but the manager sorted it and offered us a free drink which I didn't think was necessary the issue was so small but it was a very kind gesture. She was really sound and ran the place so well. She is an asset to the place. The breakfast was good and arrived quickly. Selection of tea and juices to go with it. We were super impressed by this little hotel and will definitely be returning.
The window in our room looked onto a wall but honestly for the value and cleanliness I don't think it's really an issue.

I literally cant fault this place! We stayed here to go to a gig and even after hours it was easy accessible (only for people staying here I will add!) m
