Beds were very comfortable, and room was very clean. The male at reception was helpful and pleasant.
BTW- on their site it says cots are not available, but they are- I asked for my daughter who is planning to book.
We stayed before an early flight next morning.
Parking is quite full and spaces a little tight- especially in first undercover parking area in which we had to turn around.
Expect some traffic noise as hotel sits on busy road- having said that the sound is more a continuous hum rather that loud Revs or beeping. It wax ok.

We were in room 705 on the 7th floor at the back of the hotel. It was very quiet and the view overlooking the trees at the back was lovely. In the evening, the view of Manchester City Centre all lit up as great.
Not all of the lifts were working for the whole three nights we were there so we had to wait for the lift every time. Car parking was very full and the ramp up to the higher level was blocked off and you had to use the down ramp, making sure no cars were coming down. There was no signage telling you this when driving round trying to find a space.

We were able to have our family dog with us.
The room was spacious and clean.
Nice deep bath tub and a shower.
The parking was an issue and quite stressful after travelling.
Although advertised as room service we had to go down to the bar to collect our tray of food.
The tv remote did not work well, this may seem a minor inconvenience but when we were staying Scotland had their first World Cup football match televised

Staff was friendly, good location and was a smooth check in and out
The room smelt like wet dog and farts excuse my choice of words but this is the best way to explain the smell, bed was comfy and we were so tired we sprayed so perfume and slept with windows open.

When walking it it was very clean and tidy with tea and milk with sugar on the side if you wanted some. Beds were very comfortable.
