Room was lovely.. bed comfortable. A little battle with window but all ok.
Dissapointing that on arrival i didn't get a card and had to wait a member of staff to let me in everytime I left the room.. I orderd food and ended up eating it on the corridor as at this moment we had all ready been awaiting ten mins and a further 5 mins when I went to reception to complain. I understand that malfunctions happen But one member of staff should not have been left to cover all rooms.
