Perfect for what we needed, comfy bed, nice room, lovely bathroom, parking, helpful staff. Excellent stay.
Radiator/heating pipes made clicking noises all night which is only an issue if you're really sensitive to noise like me, as it wasn't loud. Just annoying.

Location was good; near where I needed to be
No soap in the shower dispenser, even on second day when I asked for it to be replenished. Also, noisiest possible delivery immediately outside hotel (and my room) at 0600! Then maid knocked on door at 0830 to clean/check out my room! So, very broken sleep from 0600 till getting up.

I found bed uncomfortable and i like 2 pillows and everything i tried made the pillows hard and uncomfortable but that said room was ok,there were hairs in bathroom but otherwise clean,carpet needed a good hoover,

Needs a major overhaul, although cheap it doesn’t need to be rough and broken. Parking is also quite difficult especially in a >2m high vehicle

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly. We will be booking again soon.
We decided to use the room service, but they didn't do it anymore telling us that they don't do it, but what they said that they would make it and we would have to pick it up from the bar.
