Breakfast was fine
No parking at point of arrival. This was the primary reason for picking this hotel. No room key issued, escorted to room. Could not leave room once in. Appalling.

Some staff were friendly
No key card to access the room. Which made no sense, if the master card works, then the room key card should work.
Not very clean, hairs in the bath, on surfaces, no way to warm up the room, it was cold. Curtains were dirty, mattresses old, bathroom was dated. Had to pull the chain a few times to flush the toilet.
Tap didn't function properly.
Car parking was tight.
Wasn't told before we left that code was needed before we left the car park

The bed was uncomfortable not a great night sleep. No key cards to get in and out of the room either. So had to wait for a guy to let you In the room.
