The price, and its close to the airport.
Room was damp, my sheets and blanket felt almost wet, the tv didn't work, they didn't have the heat on even though it was almost freezing outside. I had to get a space heater from the front desk and carry it upstairs myself. The room also smelled like wet dog mixed with cig smoke.

Very uncomfortable bed (feel the springs); the room conditioning/heating unit wouldn’t adjust; very loud hearing neighbours throughout the night; calling the desk multiple times but was not answered.

Convenient location and decent price for Manchester. Less than ten minutes walk to northenden village and the 43 and 103 bus that bring you to the airport.
Quite basic and no luxuries. You’ll sleep ok, but should not expect a fancy vacation there.

Great value for money. The bed was very comfortable Yes the room was slightly dated/worn but it was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and there was plenty of choice for breakfast.
Only a minor issue was on arrival there were no parking spaces but I was able to park down the next street, which was literally next door to the hotel.

Kitchen closed at 9.30 pm. Staff were not friendly. Late check out charges were not fare.

The room was fabulous and clean.
Only thing I paid £69.00 but saw the same room for £55.00. If I wish to modify I would have been charge.

1) Location was very convenient 2) Price was competitive 3) Good parking space for free 4) Breakfast reasonably ok
1) Staff was inexperienced and unfriendly 2) Did not care at all about the us as guests 3) I had erroneously booked long term parking instead of breakfast. Made a request for reversal before physical check-in, but the request was flatly rejected, without further discussions! It was disappointing.
