The beds were really comfortable.
Parking was a stressful experience, the car park was so full and tight to drive around.

I liked that the bathroom in the hotel was clean and the bedsheets were also clean. The overall appearance of the hallways etc looked clean and professional standard.
First I did not like that the room we was given was not the room as advertised on the photographs on my booking. It was not as nice as the room showed on the booking which to me is abit of a shame.
Secondly the biggest issue I can say was the room was just far too hot and the window opens only such a tiny bit. As a result I did not get a single minute sleep. So that for me was a big negative.
The other problem to go with that is the noise from the roads outside and the nearby motorway it was so loud in the room it was like trying to sleep next to a race course but I was not able to block the sound out better by closing the window because the room was so hot so I had to suffer in two different ways but this was the other reason I did not get a minute sleep.
Third which I find the most bizarre is the overhead lights over the bed frame. What a silly idea. I was close to banging my head many times in the night while tossing and turning and there was no way to sit up in bed and read or watch TV. This was not thought through properly they should be overhead lights not in your face lights.
Fourth there was not much items provided in the room for tea and coffee it was lacking a little more of everything to sit down and enjoy a proper cup of tea especially when my partner had 3 sugars.

Disappointing
Convenient for an overnight stay on our way back from Manchester airport after landing late at night. Staff were friendly.
Wasnt the cleanest hotel but we werent expecting the ritz, we just needed somewhere to sleep.
