The location was good , very central to everything
We parked in the carpark tha we were told we would receive a discount on and did everything that the reception staff told us and then ended up paying £40 for 2 nights

My room was comfortable in this well-located in downtown Manchester hotel, which is nearby to transport links such as Manchester Piccadilly station, making it easily accessible to and from the airport.
Staff were hopeless. Simple questions left multiple times with the front desk went unanswered. The elevator was also out of order during my third-level stay - I had a hard enough time getting my luggage down the stairs, goodness knows what you'd do if you were a wheelchair-bound guest.

We stay one night only but both been very tired as traveled for hours. Room was clean. Fair play.
Bed was very comfortable and good shower.
We had ironing board and iron which was much appreciated.
We almost didn't sleep as outside fan was very noisy. Not possible to have a good night sleep. It was room number 203.
Also could hear laud noises from the room above, intensive in the morning.
Extractor in bathroom doesn't work.
There was no remote control for air con available
Could not open the windows.
Clothes hangers all have broken clips.

Location excellent, 5 min walk from Piccadilly train station.
Large room,clean.
Cooked Breakfast was very tasty.
On chap on reception was very pleasant and personable.made us feel welcome.
The interior in general was a bit tired in places but that’s what we expected by choosing an older style building.
The room windows sound proofing was not great, but again we were in the city centre location so expected some noise.

Close to Piccadilly railway station and free buses which made getting around the city easy
Appliances a bit worn and needing patience to use. TV picture weirdly sized so that the top was cut off and saw talking mouths rather than full face. Disconcerting watching the news as well as other programmes. Lift was out for maintenance for a full day.
