I thought the staff were delightful. I had to leave really early in the morning - pre-breakfast - and the night manager made up a little packed breakfast to take with me. So thoughtful! And the room and location were awesome.

The Marshall speaker, unique design, the bed was comfortable.
The rooms door was very heavy and took ages to close, so once it did close on its own it slammed shut. We were woken by a few peoples doors because of this.

It’s in a great location (literally minutes from Piccadilly station), easy to find, good cheap parking, very comfortable bed, good shower/bathroom, spacious room.
Staff are very helpful but not very friendly, one receptionist barely looked up from the desk. The lift is slow, small and very rickety. Room is clean but rough around the edges, the curtain netting was dirty and so was the window. There’s an air con unit in the room but it didn’t work, so we were provided with a Dyson fan however doesn’t give off much power so it was quite hot. Water bottles provided but at £2.50 each! No fridge. Woken after midnight by slamming doors and the noise of hoovering.

Enjoyed the stay a lot, perfect location and close to the station, shopping and the Northern quarter. The place was clean, rooms were spacious and definitely worth the price. The staff were super helpful and kind too. One of the guys (not sure his name) was a top guy and made sure we had all the help to move our luggage to and from our room due to the lift being faulty.
Just the lifts were not working the two days we were there. Other than that, pretty much perfect

Its near the station and the bathrooms are nice.
stayed a few times and this was the worst room Ive ever had and my daughters superior room wasn't a good deal better. Our bed was dire. The mattress was so well used you disappeared and couldn't turn over, so uncomfortable. The wallpaper was dirty and ripped and the skirting board dirty. It was really warm and the wall air conditioners dont work so there are units in the rooms that make no difference at all and the superior room one had a broken leg so couldnt be used. On top of that the lift was broken and the receptionist said it was being serviced which was rubbish because someone else told us it was just out of order. Not a pleasant stay at all. We went in the Brasserie which was fairly empty and were going to eat but they took so long to even serve us a drink we went elsewhere.

Great location, a couple of minutes from the station.
Room very clean with everything you need in it, can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't eat there but it looked nice
Air con unit was broken which after looking at the reviews appears to be a reoccurring issue. One to note rather than a reason to put you off

Lift was out of order (but they didn't mention it or apologise) so had to lug my bags up 4 flights of stairs, no sound proofing - you could hear other guests in their rooms, aircon was broken in the room.

The location was great and the service was even better. Omar went out of his way to help us be comfortable and provide is with fan.

Brilliant staff, who helped us move elsewhere.
Do not stay here if it's hot. There is no air-conditioning in the entire building amd the window didn't open in our room. False advertising to say there is air-conditioning...this is not a.new problem...sort it out
