Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was nicely decorated and very clean.
Room was quite tired and could do with decorating. Some wallpaper peeing off the walls. There was an AC unit in the room but it didn't work. Room was too hot and windows were painted shut. Hotel has supposedly re-branded but the new name signs looked very temporary and old branding was still present - thought that was strange and cheapened the experience.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable.
Would have preferred a buffet breakfast or greater flexibility in the menu. Retro style room wasn’t to my taste.

Great location, comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely bar.
The lift was unpredictable.
It was very cold in the room as the heating is centrally controlled by reception and is not put on until 4pm and then only for a few hours. As we had a large room on the top floor the heating in it was insufficient and the room uncomfortably cold.
However, the reception staff have a heater under the desk to keep themselves warm at all times.

Good location, car park around the corner. Staff were very nice. The room was clean and spacious. Cocktails at the bar were delicious.
The room did get very hot at night and were not able to open the windows. We had breakfast the next morning and had to wait a very long time for food as did many other customers. The staff seemed very rushed and stressed. Wouldn’t recommend staying for breakfast as customers said this happened the morning before also. Changed company recently so don’t know if it has something to do with that?

Everything was amazing! The room was gorgeous, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was amazing! The building itself is beautiful and only a few minutes walk from piccadilly station. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful renovation of an old factory. Great character.
Staff friendly.
It was a little cool in the bedroom but that was to be expected with the high ceilings
