Bed was large and extremely comfy, very close to train station and nearby restaurants and pubs. staff did attempt to fix issue quickly
First room was way too hot as aircon in hotel was broken and windows cannot be opened. second room was cooler but the bed was extremely squeaky, you couldn't move without it making loud noises. no fridge in room

The room was very good, with a very comfortable bed, and a narrow but very good bathroom. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was probably the best I've had at any hotel. It was served, and very, very good. I didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. When I asked for coffee, I was offered a range, and the latte I chose was excellent.
We were attending a concert at Co-op Live, and the hotel was in a very good location close to Piccadilly rail station. We travelled to the venue by tram, the stop for which is under the main-line station, so was very convenient for our needs

coffee machine needs clearer instructions on how to operate
l liked the provision of an ironing board and iron.
on our first breakfast, the fried egg, white was under cooked watery.
second breakfast, we were the only guessed in the restaurant shown to table but staff left without taking breakfast order or drinks
sat waiting for 15 minutes for staff to return to serve us, they were at other end of restaurant seems to be training someone.
I had to call their attention as we did not have time due to our schedule of events and travel etc.
they quickly remedied the matter by serving us promptly.
the staff were polite and efficient.

Excellent problem solving - the air conditioning in our room was not functioning and the room was small and hot, so we were upgraded to a larger room which made our stay much more pleasant.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was very warm and powerful, having a safe was a nice touch.
My room looked out onto a building site which awoke me at 7:15 each morning, hammers going, chatting, electric saws whirring. I noticed I can back to my room being made after I put a sign on the door not to enter.
